He runs over to the perpendicularly, and drawing on that he briefly makes a very large cloud of smoke that covers the entire arena.

Because he has stormlight, Ninddle doesn't need to worry about breath in the smoke, but it makes it harder to see and he trips on a small rock while chasing Bob. @Ravenclawjedi42
