Anansi stands in the crowded Gamemaker room. He has a straight face, but down under he is slightly stressed. 
“No, no, no. This is not working! They are not killing and stealing each others items! Someone fix this now!” He yells at them, many people rush around the room, regulating the arena. They move faster at his tone. Anansi sits down in his chair, rubbing the sweat off his forehead. 
“Where are the birds?!” He screams, raising his hands up. Someone aggressively nods and presses a button. “Releasing sir.” Suddenly several black dots cross over the sky, circling into a giant swarm above the arena. He picks up the phone and dials Eddie. 
Gamemaker Call

“Eddie!” He yells into the phone, slamming his fist against the table beside him.

Ezrium stared out over the horizon, pondering where his enemies could be. He knew he had to defeat them to survive. The cold had stopped for now, but he knew the temperature would not last for long.

He stands up, walking up to the main board. He drags his finger across the screen, the birds moving with it in a swarm above the arena. 

“No children can best me…” He sends them down through one of long chasms, squeaking and screeching as they go. Some slam into the sides, dropping a path of dead robotic birds in their path. He pulls them back up into the sky. He has a wide devilish grin across his face, a deep rising laughter coming from within his chest.

Sage watches the birds tensely, ready to run it necessary. "We should... get back inside the cave." Sage said to Ezrium.

Wren looked confused for a moment, then they're eyes widened with the realization that this was the person they had to take the item from. "Wait... are you- You- you're- Are you Amyra?" Wren's eyes widen with fear. "Oh nooo, awh, geez, i don't want to kill you... I don't want kill anyone.. I realize that i have good aim with knives and stuff, but i've never had my target be another person-"" their breathing begins to quicken the more they think about having to kill the person that they were going to form an alliance with moments before. They stumble back, breathing fast. They were obviously panicking.
