    I think Kaladin will be leading the KR by the end of the series. He is a Windrunner who were based off the Herald Jezrien and he practices the attributes of Protecting and Leading.

    Really?? Im not contradicting but i'd be disappointing if it was he seemed a little... whiny... In WOK prologue he talked to Jez as an equal and in WOR 'Kalak' Said I think it was another Herald or a Skybreaker but i don't think it was Kalak he didn't strike me as somebody who would whine or be subservient to Nalan.. I also think if the two men are actually both Heralds there is something wrong with them and i assume Ash (Shallash destroyer of statues) was also there (Her statue from the party was defaced) so she might be a candidate.

    Kaladin is my fave The little guy sticking it to the man But when he killed Syl i so saw that coming! It had to happen sooner or later though, showing the dangerous side of betraying the Oaths. Shallan gets on my nerves... The first book where she took a shine to the Ardent i was like blehhh then book two where she went all googly eyed over Adolin.. I suspect when she finds out about Kal and Helaran she will get all petty over that. We all know how she refuses to face the facts..Although don't get me wrong she has a few redeeming features. Adolin im not fond of.. i can see why people like him but he just comes across as a spoiled and cocky. Moash is in need of a MAJOR chull kicking. ---------------------------------------------------- Anyway bringing light to this dark place.. Mraize - i know he is a bad guy but he has such flare... Can't wait to see more of him! I love Wit so much he's a man of many layers and secrets. I think of him as the bridge connecting the Cosmere. Sebarial- a breath of fresh air for the prudish Alethi LOL! For dramatic effect DIE AMARAM DIE!

    I agree COMPLETELY! With each new book we can see all the characters growing. I don't want Kal and Shallan involved romantically either. I think it will be a hurdle that they will have to overcome but it will make great reading :B Sooooooooo exited to see book 3 Look I have goosebumps~~~~~~

Yeah i think it will cause problems but i think she would get over it, even if Amaram is a bastard who deserved to be gutted Kal was only doing his job. "poor Helaran he was so helpless, such a good man" (Using Shallan logic to overlook the fact her brother killed most of Kaladins friends and was wearing Shardplate and had a Shardblade raining hell on earth and slaughtering everything in sight)

    Good thread!! I always pictured Lirin to be like Tam from WOT a small man from a little village with a big presence. I could picture him and old Dalinar getting along well! His mother sounds interesting her family being from Mr.T's domain I think there will be a plot involving them although it is just a hunch

    I think she will be mad that he didn't admit it while they had the heart to heart during the Highstorm. She's not my favourite character but she's a smart girl and her bro was in the wrong... I think they will get over it

    I always thought of Shardblade wounds like cutting off the circulation eventually it just dies but if you are quick to react (like Kal) it will heal. However you could cut Hoids head off with a Shardblade but the healing he uses would revive him completely... I think Nalan used a Fabriel on Szeth (while not as perfect) worked a similar way...

    I would be interested to see what made Dalinar turn to drink. I think something happend like an argument with old Gavilar. Maybe possible it will be one of the Parshendi elders or Gavilar himself. Regardless I think that particular scene is full of little eggs for the future. Hmmm while writing this I remembered we first saw Nin in this scene in Jasnah's pov but who was the guy with him? Maybe him??

    I think i agree with Hoid the lifeforms on Roshar are U.G.L.Y with their 17 legs and shells and slime... Awesome quality 3D pic though

    You ever think your a nice person? I always try to be nice! Then think if i was in the Cosmere i probably could do it lol Become like a Villain, i would use my Cosmere knowledge to locate a bead of L and used it to become an allomancer and i would try to join the 17th Shard learn to WorldHop i would use Emotion Allomancy to 'persuade' people to give me their Breath or just force them to hand it over.. Then i would travel the Cosmere and try to gather the different magics and do what the hell i wanted ....got a little dark there....

    4 nearly 5 months since WOR I totally get what you guys mean by dying a little each time.... I check the website every day hoping to see Stormlight Book 3 on the progress bar. I love the Cosmere but I read the audio version honestly I've listened to it like 9 times and currently right now I'm going for double digits Way of kings introduced me to the Cosmere and Brandon Sanderson but I seriously wish I hadn't read them so fast because now I have like a two year wait We should start a Cosmere AA to help with the withdrawal symptoms... What are you guys reading right now??
