  1. I hope somebody exits the gate in the middle of one of the queens parties... Maybe Rock or Lopen but mainly Lopen..
  2. I voted four but they will all most likely be Radiant's sooner or later.
  3. In WOK i was conflicted, I was furious as Kal is my favorite character but i partially agreed with him i saw his actions as more pragmatic than evil but during WOR i saw when he and Shallan met the way he summoned his shardblade and it seemed he was just greedy for power. Amaram's methods are all about the ends justifying the means he believes only he can help the world but he is to arrogant to see that he is it's greatest threat. In trying to return the Voidbringers simply to satisfy his hard on for religion and to reinstate the church. Where as the Ideals he claims to strive for are all about the means justifying the end. "Journey before destination." He has had plenty of chances to better himself yet he chooses to cling to his vanity and pride. The best thing to come out of this book is now everybody knows what a liar and a thief he is.
  4. He has had a hard life, he struggles with trust issues and depression which is understandable. to me it adds some reality to the series. You dont just get over that in a short amount of time but i think he is slowly getting better and all part of Brandon's character growth plan. He's slowly starting to trust in light eyes, Adolin, Dalinar and Shallan. We even get a glimpse at his horrible puns which he mistakes for humor when he is with Shallan in the cavern. I think through out the course of book 3 he will continue to grow as a character and i am looking forward to it, he is my Fave Rosharan and character in the Cosmere.... well him and Hoid.
  5. Chouta....the Rosharan McDonalds.. Hahaha yeah i would definitely love to try it, eat it in the movies.. CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH
  6. Is it just me or would anybody else like to try Rocks cooking??
  7. I was hoping to see Rand put Gawyn on his royal behind just once... his POV's were so tedious lol Battle royal in a stedding, Demandred kills Gawyn and Galad. Lan and Demandred have an epic battle but Lan kills him and is the winner by a whisker; He throws back his head and roars with victory...Tam snipes him and rides home on a sheep (There is farming to be done after all) Rand is just busy having a fourway...
  8. It's on the wikia on Gawyns profile, I think that is just for the main characters though, obviously Tam and Demandred are above Rand in my opinion and Matt is better fighter maybe even as good as Lan since he bested Gawyn and Galad 2 on 1 and beat culadin ect.
  9. In a WOB it's said Odium is afraid of him... so he must be powerful. I also agree with you, i think his inexperience will work against him until he gets his 'Shards' figured out..
  10. Go Rogue i don't play by the rules....
  11. I was so tempted to explain 'indoor' and 'outdoor' plumbing here... I think it's just a difference in the oaths. Like Shallan technically is a full Radiant and Kal is on level 3 with each Oath taken you become better at containing stormlight.
  12. According to Robert Jordan, the fighting abilities amongst the greatest sword fighters rank as follows: Lan, Rand, Galad, Gawyn.
  13. Personally i think they will even each other out in different areas but it will mostly depend on individuality and how strong the nahel bond is between each 'pair'
  14. So Wit has a lot of respect for Dalinar so he keeps honest. Gives confidence to Renarin because he is always being ripped on. Advises Shallan because she needs guidance. Soooo he just screws with Kal for the fun of it??
  15. Been finding little snippets all over the forum,
  16. I think the Heralds are bound to Roshar. The Lord ruler has never worldhopped he 'could' have during his time as ascended. Im not sure who tbh, in the Cosmere timeline i think all the books and events happened before Stormlight Archive so i think it must have been somebody from the past.
  17. I think i would be considered 'vulger' by the prudish Alethi if i ever stubbed my toe in front of them
  18. I love how he was hanging upside down getting verbally abused by Rysn's guard and just took it in stride, cool as a cucumber... Defo love this guy i was a little disappointed he didn't get his own interlude i love his Pov's!
  19. 1-Szeth 2-Jasnah 3-Nalan- because it would be a prelude to Szeths book and set the scene. 4- Parshendi/Eshonai/Elders- Eshonais book so makes sense it would be their pov 5-Gavilar= we will see Gavilar brag to the elders about returning the Voidbringers and his chat with Amaram that Jasnah interrupted then Szeth mop the floor with him and his internal decision to hand over the 'Voidsphere'
  20. I always read the prologue of the books with the Harry Potter theme tune in my head because it takes me back to my childhood watching the movies and thinking.... This is going to be awesome!!
  21. Seems plausable to me thumbs up!
  22. I think Mraize is a worldhopper and i love the character/man but i don't think he is the Wanderer i have no proof just a gut feeling. (I don't think he really follows Thaidakar either, he's just using him) Hoid is my best bet he certainly is a Wanderer he has a direct link to the Shards and events all over Cosmere and we haven't seen the 'dangerous' work he does behind the scenes.. Lift?? Maybe got the gender wrong? A flaw in the Diagram even with Mr.T's awesome intelligence i doubt he was 100% omnipotent? The description certainly matches she has no real plan and shes well not... predictable
  23. Szeth honored the rituals and laws of his people! He didn't want to be a truthless (and was falsely made so) but he persevered and it drove him to breaking point. I think he is a victim. He swore he would follow the orders of the owner of his Oath Stone and that is what he did. I don't entirely miss anybody he killed anyway. I'm on Team Szeth on this one. Hope he takes his revenge.
