  1. Hmmm? Oh. *Ahem* T is a plant!
  2. You can't compound the Allomantic powers, but you can burn them with duralumin for insane effects.
  3. With Compounding, The Lord Ruler has: Unlimited mass--he could compound and tap so much he could the mass of the planet if he wanted Unlimited speed--faster than the speed of sound with no damage Unlimited strength--he can smash through anything with one punch or kick Unlimited mental speed--he can think faster in a few seconds than normal people could in a year or a century Unlimited healing--he will heal from anything and everything, including Shardblade wounds, beheading and being burned to a crisp, which most Radiants can't even do. Incredibly perceptive senses--He can see things miles away as if he were standing in front of them. Ditto with sound and smell, or whichever sense he wants. Unlimited wakefullness--Never needs to sleep. On top of that, he has the full range of Allomantic powers, as powerful as it's possible to be short of being a Shard. He's also a Sliver, and we don't know what effects that gives him. But his soul has a lot of Investiture, so any attempt to Soulcast him is going to be extra difficult. With Allomancy that powerful, he can see and Push or Pull on the trace metals inside of everything. So illusions are worthless. With Duralumin added to his Allomancy, and various manipulations of weight, mental speed, physical speed, etc, he can Push, Pull, Soothe, Riot, even full Shardbearers with ease. He can Steelpush over any obstacle or trap. He can Pull down or divert any obstacle and survive any hit. And he never gets tired from doing any of this. He could just keep attacking just enough to keep the armies on alert for a week straight, then go in for a kill while they're dropping from exhaustion.
  4. It would definitely provide protection, but similar to how TLR could certainly Push on Blades+Plates with steel+duralumin, he should likewise be able to punch through the resistance with zinc/brass+duralumin.
  5. ? The main part of the timeline, on the left, dates things from the Shattering and goes from there. Planet/Solar system, Event, Book. Edit: What? It doesn't say that there. The Shattering is literally the first line of the timeline. Also, remember the rule about doubleposting, @Kalaksbreath

  7. Well then no one wins
  8. He could equal the speed and mass with his own steelpuish and momentum and iron. Or perceive it as different pieces and Push/Pull it to bits. or Pull it away from the battlefield. Remember that he can compound mental speed as well, and think some huge number faster than anyone else.
  9. TLR could just compound iron, and burn duralumin with steel and Push the mountain away. And there are 200,000 koloss in TFE. They're going to be the bulk of the troops anyway. Not sure why you're underestimating them. 10-30ft tall monsters with proportional swords, that don't particularly care about wounds or dying, and can reproduce by harvesting the spikes of their fallen and sticking them into new people (probably the Rosharans). And as repeatedly stated, TLR could take care of the Radiants and the armies all by himself.
  10. He could simply have a large slab of rock, or a huge metal shield to pulp everyone as he slams into them. Or use his fists, strengthened by pewter and healed by gold. The part that I pasted with Marasi would contradict that. They would have to see him coming or know his trajectory for that to work. And he can certainly SteelPush his way past any slicked ground. It's not the using one power at a time thing. It's the fact that he can use all of the powers at once, at any given time, to meet just about any situation that a Radiant can throw at him. Each of the counter-scenarios I see involve him using only one or two of his abilities at once, instead of all....25 or so, depending.
  11. Not that I'm aware of. It's just Szeth being crazy, and being invested. https://wob.coppermind.net/adv_search/?query=szeth%2Bscreams
  12. A lot of those were already mentioned, but gah yeah. That's...a lot. LOLing at Brandon
  13. I still think you're seriously underestimating the Fullborn abilities. I mean Marasi wasn't injured by moving faster than the speed of sound. The gold compounding would heal anything that got past the resistance that steel gives by default. There was a plane crash back in 1986 or so, where a plane that was carrying 11 passengers crashed into the ground at about 1/2 the speed of sound. Somewhat graphic descrption: That's less than half the speed Rashek can achieve. And with pewter compounding he can certainly hit with a large enough object. How would they get close enough to catch him? Marasi was seeing beyond the Physical when holding the Bands. TLR should certainly be able to see likewise. But I don't think any of us are going to convince the other, even though I think you're seriously underestimating Fullborn abilities. We're just going in circles at this point. Agree to disagree.
  14. We don't know for sure, but I'm willing to bet it's only people who are not Heralds but are holding the Honorblades.
  15. I'd say that there are signs that a Herald is weakening/about to break, and this prompts the spren and the rest to start looking for allies and ramping up their fighting forces. Taravangian even figures out in his day of brilliance that the "Ancit of Stones finally begins to crack" or something along those lines. In the Starfalls vision, the Radiant that saves Dalinar mentions that he senses/sees signs that a Desolation is near. I think maybe Szeth was starting to bond with a Radiant spren of some sort, reported it to the Stone Shamanate, and they didn't believe him, and declared him Truthless because of it.
  16. Yeah the last count at the end of HoA had like, 200,000 koloss or so?
  17. So to summarize. TLR can move faster than the speed of sound. With a moderately sized steel object, he can crush through Plate and smash the Radiant inside into juice. Not just crushed like Renarin, but turned into splatters on the ground. Not enough left to heal. With gold compounding, he's not even going to feel it. He can heal from anything and everything, including Shardblade wounds. With compounded zinc, he's going to be able to think faster than everyone around him combined. With steelsight, he can see the actual trace metals in everything; ergo, he's not going to be affected by illusions. He's so invested that Soulcasting him is going to be almost impossible. He won't need to eat, or sleep nor will he ever feel tired. The speed of sound is approximately 340m/s. Anyone feel up to calculating the force and momentum that a person+weapon would carry going at that speed? Blind guess: It's A LOT. This is the description of someone with zero Allomantic and Feruchemical ability tapping unsealed metalminds of all of the basic metals. This is what Marasi could do, with a set of metalminds that could fit in her hands, and a few metal vials. She's clearly seeing more than the Physical Realm at this point. TLR with plenty of metalminds and a substantial amount of metals is going to outperform this by a LOT. His emotional Allomancy powers are ridiculously strong. He could Soothe tens of thousands of people at once. A couple hundred Radiants shouldn't be a problem. If he did that with duralumin, he'd Soothe all of them into terminal passivity or riot them into Plate-staining fear. On top of all of that, TLR is the most powerful possible Mistborn, short of a Shard. That means with duralumin, he would be able to Push and Pull on Shardplate and Shardblades. I just don't see a defense against this. Heck, compound enough weight and with enough iron and duralumin, he could pull an asteroid or a moon down on everyone and walk away from it without a scratch. And I haven't even touched on atium.
  18. A strong Steelpush with Duralumin can affect Shardplate and Shardblades. I linked the WoB earlier. TLR is as strong as it's possible for a Mistborn to be short of being the Shard. It's harder to Soulcast things that are invested. The Lord Ruler held the power of Ascension. He's considered a Sliver. And while compounding, burning, and tapping, he's going to have so much investiture flowing through him that I'm just going to really wish any Soulcaster some serious luck in order to manage to Soulcast him.
  19. He can do that with compounded pewter, compounded steel, and compounded gold. With his bare hands. You seriously don't think a sharpened steel object going faster than the speed of sound wouldn't pulp anyone's armor+head in an instant?
  20. They had to capture him, basically a dozen people dogpile on him, and take his metalminds away before they could kill him. And even then, he had swallowed some of them, so it still took multiple gunshot volleys before they could manage to kill him. Remember, he set off a stick of dynamite that he was holding in his hand, in order to get out of a set of nets, and walked away from it with nothing more than ripped clothing. Now imagine that, but with every single Feruchemical ability. They couldn't even manage to see him, let alone catch him long enough to soulcast.
  21. It's not a book, Arcanum is the searchable Word of Brandon compilation website. You can search it to see if your question has been asked and answered or not.
  22. Arcanum is great for a lot of questions like this! An Honorblade can't heal Shardblade wounds, a Radiant can. So can a Squire, which most of Bridge 4 was, so they would be able to heal.
  23. Which is why I said, "if he takes them seriously." With compounding, he literally would never run out of speed or strength or anything else. Ever been hit by something going faster than sound? That's going to carry far more momentum than a slow moving but somewhat large object. And don't forget the sonic booms. ^This, +MUCH MUCH more, is what TLR can do. Overcoming the investiture in the spikes+them being inside people means he would certainly be able to Push on Shardplate and maybe even Blades. And that's just with a relatively small set of metalminds and a handful or two of vials, without the ability to replenish them, like TLR could.
  24. He got crushed. No details on how badly, I'm talking about a smear on the pavement levels, here.
  25. Crushed!=splattered into juice.
