This may be blasphemy but I think Quiver is making more Chaos than you guys...

Nath went hunting again today. The town had been very quiet after they had found out about the massacre last night. Instead of finding any animals Nath found Joel's cabin. While exploring it Nath found large stockpiles of food inside. Knowing that Joel had been killed, Nath helped himself to some of Joel's food. On his way back to town it started to rain and a large animal ran past him... was that Bela? What was that on her neck? Did they try to hang a horse? "Witless probably tried it," Nath thought. Walking into town Nath found that Gade's inn had been renamed the Waffle House and that the owner, Khasmi Zareef, is now the mayor. Taking it all in Nath realized that he should stop leaving the town during the day. I totally lied last night didn't I? I will have to post on Day 4. Or I will try. I swear nothing was happening Day 3 then as soon as I left everyone started voting for mayors and lynches. Also by hunting and not killing anything I avoided the A.S.E.T.A.

I really liked Clubs in Mistborn and Parlin in Warbreaker.

Travis was happy. Altermind had come to see him personally which was the most important part of the plan. The cameras embedded in Travis's costume will have gotten a picture of Altermind even if he hadn't been standing right in front of him. Travis hid any trace of happiness on his face though and tried to think of an escape plan. Still, one victory was better than none. ---------------------------------------------------- Kathy was freaking out. They were spraying her with just water, but now they somehow had gotten insects in it. Now it was more insect than water. Swarming over her, getting under her costume, trying to crawl into her ears. She shook her head trying to get them off of her face. She started screaming as they continued to crawl all over her, but then some of the insects started getting in her mouth trying to travel down her throat. She quickly coughed them up and closed her mouth. "Wait, less water! I can burn them! Kathy started concentrating building up heat to dissolve the water, to start a fire. Then the bugs started biting. Please tell me there is a range for Altermind's powers. I hate writing up hallucinations for my characters. They turn up very unpleasant.

Is the planet Yolen still around or did something happen to it?

Kathy just looked up and tried to spit at his face. She missed and was punished with a spray of cold water at her face.

Nath came back from the woods. Today had been an unsuccessful hunting day, but he had gotten away from the craziness of the town which was reward enough. Nath wasn't surprised to see that they had hung someone today. He just shook his head as he went to his house for a good night's sleep. I'm sorry I didn't post yesterday, I was busy. But on Day Three I'll post, I'll vote for people, and it'll be fun. (Probably not fun, but whatever). So tune in: Same Wheel Time! Same Wheel Channel! (I just wanted to say that).

Unfortunately while trying to escape one of the firemen still hit Kathy with water dowsing her flames. "NO!" she thought as she fell. As she fell Kathy finally managed to evaporate the water and get her flame back on. Then she got hit with more water making her fall the rest of the way to the ground where Scorch stood waiting for her. --------------------------------------------- Travis was making his way to where Altermind was organizing his guards. Suddenly his mobile went off reporting that Scorch had captured the fire Epic. Travis froze. Altermind would know that he wasn't really Scorch after hearing that the real Scorch had captured. Swearing he turned around only to find multiple guns pointed at him. "We found an imposter." said one of the guards as they put Travis under arrest. Sorry, I realized Kathy's escape was kind of contrived so I had it fail. Also I won't be able to be on all of today. Sorry.

Sorry I just assumed he had it with him. Kathy looked around the rec center trying to find a way out. Outside sirens got louder. "How many fires did that other Epic cause that the fire department got here so quickly?" she thought. Weaving between the people Kathy finally got out the doors. Thankfully the fire department wasn't close enough to spray her with water, but they were everywhere! "Time to fly." She had only flown a couple of times and was very unskilled at it. "Well escaping is escaping." ------------------------------------------------------ Meanwhile Travis took off his outer clothes revealing a Scorch costume underneath. He also quickly spiked his hair into a mohawk like Scorch and put red streaks in it. Plan B, pretending to be Scorch, would have to do. Travis heard over the mobile network that he had hacked into that Scorch was fighting another Epic. That also explained why the entire town was on high alert. Travis quickly took everything he needed from the bag and then used a flamethrower to burn it up. Why Scorch used a flamethrower Travis had no clue, but it made him very easy to copy, if you can find the right clothes. I just set up my characters for bad situations so that everyone knows.

Kathy turned around to find a man with strange hair and a weird costume. Definitely an Epic. No one else would wear something that strange. "Wait. I'm not bad. That guy..." she started. Then she noticed that Travis had disappeared. She turned back around to see the Epic pointing the flamethrower at her. "Calamity!" she thought. "I like these clothes too." Then she set herself on fire and ran towards a nearby building.

Really looking forward to Nightblood. No matter what else turns up I really want to read Nightblood, but that isn't coming soon. So the second one I would really want is White Sand.

Travis snuck into Thoughttown. It was rather easy actually. All he had to do was distract the guards with some explosions and then, went they left to investigate, climb over the fence. ------------------------------------------------ Kathy followed Travis into Thoughttown. She packed up much of her supplies and went after Travis to see where he was going. When he was planting explosives Kathy realized he was probably doing something illegal, but she continued to watch him. So when he snuck into Thoughtown Kathy followed to see what he was really up to.

Do you guys think that the Ruin's and Cultivation's similar intent might make Cultivation more likely to be able to talk to people that practice Hemalurgy?

If Hemalurgy was used on a foreign world (not Scadrial) would Harmony be able to talk to that person or would it be one of the local Shards?

Hopefully you read the title. Anyways this is more of a statement than a theory. At the end of WoR, Adolin stabs Sadeas (quite gruesomely) with a knife. And with this WoB we know that Hemalurgy can be used to steal Shardblades. Link It might happen that someone will try to assassinate Adolin and when they try they will be disarmed and have to use Adolin’s knife against him. I’m not saying that the knife has to be a Hemalurgic spike but it would be cool if it was. Thoughts/ideas?

Travis looked at the list he had been given. His employer wanted him to get pictures of some of the Epics right here in Portland. His employer could be an Epic or a Reckoner. Travis didn't know and he didn't care as long as he got paid. The list had the name of all the Epics in town and had all of the names crossed off that he didn't have to take pictures of. It was still a lot of Epics he did have to take pictures of. Luckily he had a plan for getting near some of these Epics. Altermind was going to be a little difficult Travis thought, but he had a perfect plan. With a smile on his face he went towards Thoughttown. ----------------------------------------------------------- It was just another day. Everyone on the street brought out their supplies to sell. Most people sold food, some sold random junk that could be useful, and only a few sold weapons. It was a community everyone helping out each other, and Kathy was selling bread. One of her neighbors came by and bought some bread giving her some flour in payment. A neighborhood where everyone knew each other. So when a new person named Travis moved in everyone knew about. No one knew why he was there because he refused to answer any questions. Everyone's confusion was compounded when he had left after getting a room in the apartment. Why rent a room if you weren't going to stay there? That Travis was suspicious.

Nath didn't go to see the body. He had heard the descriptions from those who had already gone to see it and those were horrible enough. So instead Nath went to the inn, Spruce Thicket, to get a drink. At the inn Nath learned about a Seanchan that was running around accusing anyone he could find of being the mayor's murderer. "Crazy Seanchan," Nath thought. "He probably thinks we are all Raken that need to be controlled." Nath just shook his head and went back to his drink. Along with that I'm going to vote Waes for town mayor.
