Hey, do you guys know when this ends? Besides, if Shimbles is bad, then we can have a coinshot take him down. TBH, though, it probably would still be better for no one to die.

Dyring: My vote is Ping's no matter what, even if he votes for me. If he decides no one, then that's my vote too. I don't know why we're voting for Wes, and to be honest, I wish that we don't kill anyone.

Yeah, I hear you. For me, Kaladin's invincible until end of book 5, if only because there supposed to be two, whole halves of the series. Those deaths, each one of them, I thought was absolutely perfect. When I finished Hero of Ages, I had to sit down and think about how neat and complete the absolution was. Yes, it wasn't 'perfect' for the characters, but it fit the story. And by the way SA is shaping out to be, me thinks that it's going to be a bloodbath, if only because we have a Szeth who we know is coming. I agree that too many characters cannot die until a certain point in the story, and we haven't reached that point yet. But given how WoR turns out, we could be really close or really far. EDIT: What I meant before, is I'm thinking mostly Bridge 4 or some of the crewmembers of The Wind's Pleasure. I gaurantee you tears will be shed when they die.

Hey guys! Greetings to all sharders on the west coast! I'm just curious to see who else is going to the signing at 6 in San Francisco. I know I'm going, and it's going to be cool! Second signing for me, but the first was Steelheart, so it doesn't really count. So, what are your thoughts?

Have you read the mistborn trilogy? Or the Wheel of Time? Brandon has said, in regard to the ending, that he had to let the characters make their own choices and that he couldn't protect them from the consequences. With things like the Everstorm approaching, where a normal Desolation leaving nine out of ten dead, I can't imagine anything but massive casualties. I'm thinking along the lines of Walking Dead, maybe.

Also Meta: Can the Inquisitor convert and use a power? For that matter, can he use 2 or more powers a night?

Hey, I don't know and to be honest, I don't deserve to know. If Ping knows that you're clean, then feel free to ask him. I've given my reasons why his reasons should not be posted openly. We have the edge in knowledge and we need to keep that edge.

Hey, people who say we need conclusive evidence: I've asked Ping to not tell his reasoning to me or on the forum. If he knows someone is clean, then he can use Direct Messages. The Inquisitor can read all of this, so the best thing we can do is follow Ping, the only one we know has a lot of the info. I can't choose for myself because I know nothing. If the same is true for you, follow Ping.

Guys. killing no one is silly. Come on, and listen to Ping. Everyone, it's ok to trust him, especially if he is baldface. I guarantee he can't hold up his charade for very long if he ain't legit, and then we know exactly whom to kill. It doesn't matter how many we lose. As long as we have Ping to intelligently make decisions based of off who lies or doesn't talk, then we win.

Eh, I'm getting spoiled. The Steelhunt signing was around two miles away from me, a block from our family's music store in our old neighbourhood. Now, it's fifty miles away, in San Francisco. I read this thread to complain not.

Aether, I believe that we have WoM (Word of Meta) that they do lose their power. It's not in the rules, though. If it was not late for me, I'd love to look it up, but I need to go to sleep so that I can wake up at an uncomfortably early time. Good night. Hey, Barty, tell them good night from me! Oh, yeah, and me! I could tell them a good night story, and besides, I'm more interesting then Beetle, aren't I? Hey, I bet I could make a list of which ones of us are the most interesting, right? I'd be at the top. After all, I'm a mistborn. Sorry about that. They get out of hand, sometimes.

Also, if baldface converts a misting, then we will know who the new Spiked is after a turn because he will lose his power for a fifty percent chance of being a lurcher (because Weiry )

Here's my idea: It's more like a conceptual version of Mistborn Elimination. It has much of the same, but kind of has a different premise. You have been warned. We set our scene in the fair city of Elendel, where a vicious war is being fought between three parties, but one of them is unknown to the others. The dominant team is the mafia organization, The Koloss Riots, a group that has been exhorting a section of the city as of late. They have access to any Allomantic ability and Koloss Blood, with their ranks having a slight shift towards Rioters and Koloss Bloods. The second team is The Set. Now, this is going to rely upon some speculation. I say, that for this RP, the Set is not breeding a mistborn per se, they are breeding hemalurgic candidates. With their knowledge of hemalurgy, they have double mistings (or Complements, mistings with a push and a pull) or hemalurgic Twinborn. The GM will tell a member of the Set their primary allomantic metal, and based off of that, they can choose compounding or the complement. The final team are The Kandra. This brutal war is destroying the people's ability to choose, and Harmony needs it to stop. He has sent in a team of two of his agents in to the fray. Now, Kandra are special. They are immune to Seeking, Copperclouding, Rioting, and Soothing, and they have the ability in that in order to kill them, they must be crucified (no night time deaths). These are the real enemies in this scenario. As a group, they will elect one person to die each night. Then, they will choose which of their own will replace the dead man. Once this happens, it will appear to the normal people that the body of the Kandra died while the now dead man will continue to live. (In order for this to work, the Kandra would have to PM his surrogate what to say, and the surrogate would have to say it). Kandra's have none of the misting abilities of their new forms, and so cannot use them. What do you guys think?

Ditto.

Also guys: If you PM Ping your role, then you also have to show how you used it each night. Ping can organize stuff. Like smokers: Tell Ping who you're going to smoke. And then Ping can tell the Seekers who to seek. Depending on the numbers, then Ping can have the seekers seek various individuals. Something critical: Ping does not tell the Seeker who the Seeked is, or if he is smoked. That's the test. We don't need Ping to seek everyone, if we do this. We only need him to seek everyone who has no swag (isn't a misting). Guys... baldface is screwed.

Theory: Realmatic Transference During the Shaod
bartbug replied to Wonko the Sane's topic in Cosmere Discussion
Umm... Kurk? That link says that the chasm broke the bond, not the Shaod. I think that you're confusing the Shaod, the process that every Elantrian, even post-chasm ones, with the the chasm coming into being. -
If Frozen had been made before Tangled, I would have appreciated it much more than I did. As it is, I feel like it was mostly a conglomeration of Tangled and Wicked, taking the excellent parts of both. Now don't get me wrong; I loved it. It just doesn't get any points for originality.

Peng told me as well. I think that if his team has a seeker, he needs to start verifying the identities of those he told. Then we can build a solid team. By the way, Aether, it's okay. Clancy lives within me.
