No, but I could definitely see why. You need to think more on nervous. He doesn't get much screen time. In fact, the only way I can think of to name him is a description.
-
Also, I think something you need to consider is how Luck is feruchemical, which makes the use of it more valuable (because you would have to store it up). Maybe Compounded luck could beat Seer, but even so. It all comes down to how temporal luck is, and whether it affects more than the present (which it shouldn't, or else it would be god metal based. Unless it does, because it has to do with a temporal metal. Or, the "temporal" metals really just affect speed).

Who? No. He's cosmere.

Ooh... Exciting! Nervous insignificant significant darkfriend.

Shaor (I think his (her) name was). In Elantris, the leader of the big group.

Ha ha ha. I would love to say that luck would help the Spinner win, but logically, atium trumps. So let's say that we're gambling, or trying to guess what we're going to roll. Now, luck would not be 100% accurate, so lets say that the Spinner gets 8 out of his 10 guesses right. Then the Seer sees the future and goes 10 for 10. I'm pretty sure luck would not work.

Ender. Speaker of the Dead, mostly, but he's awesome everywhere. 'Nuff said.

Where I would like to live in the cosmere? Taldain, but if that's not an option, Elendel. I'm sorry, but some things are a must, and both of those offer the highest level of technology. Are we counting only released books? 'Cause then Elendel, hands down. EDIT: And favorite character? Can you guess? Hint: Starts with and 'H' and ends with a 'rathen'.

Jezrien, Shards, and the identity of the Broken One
bartbug replied to FirstSelector's topic in Stormlight Archive
I like this a lot because of how fun it would be for the base ideas (Stormfather = Jesrien) to be right. Just like how I love the thought that telling the future is not bad but Odium corrupted the old Vorin people into believing it to be. Very well thought out and very well supported. Upvote for you, good sah!- 62 replies

@Aether: WHere do we get that the force that opposes Adonalsium (or opposed) is the strongest thing in the cosmere? I'm pretty sure we have WoB that Harmony is on top right now.

The Final Empire - Discussion questions [spoilers]
bartbug replied to BelgoCanadian's topic in Mistborn
Huh. Here's one: What is Elend's place in the morality of his rape of a skaa girl? Should he be held accountable, even a little bit (that might seem a little bit simple, but I dare you to reread that passage. There is plenty of grey area in there). Was Kelsier a good guy, a hero, or even an anti hero? Would you expect him to show up again? What was the biggest question that you would like answered in any next books? -
Long Game 1: In the Wake of the Koloss
bartbug replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Herowannabe I was actually thinking about how you would play as a Kandra. In what I came up with, the kandra (maybe some of the evil ones hinted at the beginning of SoS and the end of AoL) would take the place of the Spiked. The players would be part of the Elendel council, with the kandra having taken the place of already dead council members. Instead of Misting abilities for the kandra, they would have Blessings. For instance, the Blessing of strength that TenSoon had would let your vote be worth 1.1, basically a tiebreaker. The Blessing of presence would let just your vote be unchanged. And of course, Kandra would be immune to Seeking; i.e., coming up as a regular villager. And then there would be a few people in league with the Kandra, with some Ferring or Allomantic abilities. There's my two cents. @Darnam. Yeah, I realize now that not everyone is as Psych crazy as my friends and I. But everyone should be .- 462 replies

Long Game 1: In the Wake of the Koloss
bartbug replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Wilson! I thought that we were friends... look, the koloss killed me too. What's going to be really funny are the next few games, where known killers like Aether and I will be almost certainly forced into mundane roles like "coinshot" or "villager", and how absolutely no one will trust us. And then we lose, because no one trusts us. And then, the balance will be good for ever. Moral of the story is, in mafia (or Mistborn Elimination) the funnest game is always the second. All these biases without anything to average them out. If Meta is GM, he'll probably make me the legit Seeker. I may not be in for the next round. I'm happy to let anyone else play for me, but if you need me, or if I'm not taking anyone's spot, PM me. I will almost certainly be taking a much more backseat position. Think Mat or Porridge.- 462 replies

Long Game 1: In the Wake of the Koloss

@Darnam, I was not trying to antagonize. If anyone here watches the show Psych, I'm quoting that. Here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C13KWHYcW2c I'm sorry if I came across that way. It was a game well played. EDIT: You only need to watch the loop once. There's nothing special at the end. Also, I would love to be a GM.- 462 replies

Hey guys! I kind of wanted to be the one to proclaim that I'd fooled you all, but Meta did as good as I could've. In the words of the famous Shawn Spencer, suck it (singing style)!- 462 replies

Oh, great. Now, the Spiked are trying to split us up. We need to stay to course; if our power is divided, then they could trick us into killing an innocent.- 462 replies

Long Game 1: In the Wake of the Koloss
bartbug replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Uh, Little Wilson? If the Spiked have infiltrated us, (which they have) then they know that I am the only target worth killing at this point, as Gambles so cleverly shows in his above post. Maill has shown himself to be tricky, and it's possible that they do not know the code, only he does. Our insider's death is of vital importance, also because we can get a whole host of information if we find that Maill is dead. As for why I'm alive, I guess the Spiked wanted a schism of the votes. It's an excellent tactic, honestly. If the teams are evenly split, then they can add however many votes to whichever sides, all while looking very clean.- 462 replies

Alright guys, this is half and half out of game here, but wow! This is getting really intense. It would be so cool if we "novelized" this game into a readable document with sentences to fill this out. I'm feeling this betrayal really personally.- 462 replies

Long Game 1: In the Wake of the Koloss
bartbug replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Clancy: Everyone alive except for you and darnam were part of a (cult) pm group during the mistborn's time as tineye. One of us has to be bad. EDIT: So, it looks like we are close to the end. So many gone... Laboriously, Beetle pushes himself out of the ash that has collected around him and walks towards the towns square. There, the rest of the citizens are congregrated, lazily preparing themselves for the fight with the Koloss that they know will take a miracle to survive. The lack of hope in the air makes everything monotone. Beetle steps onto a soapbox but quickly moves back down, seeing that everyone is still nearly a full head above him. Stacking another one on top, he prepares himself to speak. "People of Tyrian's Falls, our time has nearly come!" Nearly no one stirs, but Bettle presses on. "But it has not come yet! We achieved a victory last night. Kukri, you and your Survivor Blessed knives killed one of them, a smoker. Aether the list maker is no more. There are no more than three left! We can do this!" But his gaze turns cold, and it falls onto Maill, the Cobbler. "But sacrifices must be made. I Seeked Gambles and Clancy, and I trust Wilson with my life. You and Mat must be eliminated. But you must be first, so we can retake the purity of our group. None of us can afford to die. Maill, you told me to lie to the village and say that I Seeked you, supposedly so I could take the chance to Seek someone else. But inside, you were panicking. I was so close to discovering your secret, and my friends have died because of you. We will expel Ruin from Tyrian's Falls!" At the end, Beetle is heaving up and down. He raises his finger at the man in whom he had placed his trust. "My vote is for Maill."- 462 replies

Long Game 1: In the Wake of the Koloss

Beetle rocks in silence, alone in the cold stone alleyway under an unforgiving moon. The everpresent mists wrap around him, but they lack the usual feeling of comfort that they give. He knows know that the stars that shine above are as unforgiving as they are unseen, but he has accepted that, now. He scoops the ash around him back into the form of a bed, and tries to get some rest even while surrounded by the whispers of the ghosts that ride upon the wind. EDIT: Hey, guys! What are you doing here? Don't you know that the second batch of WoR previews are here? Onward, Sanderfans!- 462 replies
