      Lol my sister in law absolutely adores dark chocolate while dislikes anything overly sweet, which is what inspired me for the analogy. My wife on the other hand loves straight green tea for its grassy and herbal notes. I can enjoy dark chocolate in very small doses, because then all I taste is the bitterness and makes me gag a bit. I personally enjoy sweet, cream, tropical and spicy. That is the flavor profile I tend to seek in my whisky collection. I was just telling my wife today about how i enjoy Teeling Irish whiskey at the start because of the light lemon flavor you get at the beginning, but the dark chocolate at the finish adds a slight harshness that I am not sure of yet. Meanwhile the Sexton I absolutely adored because it tasted like pure coffee. I mention whisky because it is a collection passion of mine, but in no way is an attempt to get you to drink. I understand depending on your beliefs alcohol may be prohibited except in taking of the Eucharist. Oreo or cookies and cream I always enjoyed since childhood lol.

      proly a work around the forum structure to give less harsh punishments without coding it in (actively adding code makes their updates take much longer)

    I currently am :3 But yeah, i get the feeling. Life sucks, and im sick of being alive and constantly making my life worse for myself. Hell, im sort of doing it right now. But in the end, we gotta grow up. Face the darkness. Grow stronger. I told you about my best friend who called me cause he overdosed on insulin attempting suicide two nights in a row? That was over a year ago and I haven’t seen him mention suicide since. He’s an inspiration to me, one of the only things that keeps me going. I believe you can get there too.

    Like, seriously. I’m going to try and be nice here, I am trying to help, give advice like ‘dont talk about suicide all the time’ and then you say that’s cool and then don’t do it. you don’t have to listen to me, you wont offend me if you don’t, but if you’re not going to, then don’t tell me you’ll try you’re a great person, i believe in you, you can get through this. But you’re going to have to try. (also yes i agree with the sleep comment)

    So, how does it feel to be in the top dozen people still with a through the living name? Are you ever going to get a new one, or will you stick with this one forever? What would you go with?

      Well, it depends how long other people stick with the Through The Living names. I am super hypercompetivite, so I am dedicated to winning this competition. 

      I have given some thought as to what my new name is, but nothing definitive. Like things like star_light or Starshine or star_shine are things I thought about before I learned about the Through The Lives cult. I also thought about using the name lo_and_behold because that relates to my real name (though I'm not gonna tell you why). So if everyone else drops out of the cult, then I will probably change my name as well. But until then, Through The Living Star it is.

    So I did enjoy this… but it’s pretty sad, doncha think? i wonder, will summer and getting out of school help you feel happier? Im looking forward to not having deadlines over and over, even if im still going to be working for money.

    A Rithmatic defense? Awesome. i searched for items. Still waiting for my GM DM back on that, assuming I probably didnt get anything. Correction: I found an old boot. Harley held up the old boot for inspection. A singular old boot, made of dark res leather, stitched together by a master, with metal grips on the bottom. He unfolded his pocket magnifying glass, on which he had spent more boxings than he would like to admit. “Hmmm… no obvious blood stains, or out of the ordinary scuffing…” He sniffed the boot, then recoiled. “Rancid. But not kandra flesh.” He turned the boot over, looking for any clues he might have missed. He did not find a clue. He did, however, find the absence of a clue. “Who leaves a boot out in the open… unless it was dropped by the killer! The laces indeed did not seem to have ever been tied, no scuff marks are present, so the killer must have worn these to obscure his own distinctive tracks, in a hurry not lacing them, then ditched one.” He left the room, following the hall back to the main area. “Not a kandra, that’s for sure.”

    Well one good life decision is, and i quote by the great philosopher acloudyskye ”never kill yourself” also, an even greater philosopher, me, once saith, ”dont ask the internet for major life advice lmao” truly profound.

    Good to hear! Just make sure you’re not being a jerk and take responsibility for your decisions when you need to.

    I think a strategy I’ve seen benefits from is disassociating from my self destructive behavior. Blaming it on the hormones or other things, taking responsibility for my choices but not letting depression become a part of my identity. I recommend that when you think stuff like this, think of it more as an outside force trying to mess either you, and reject it. Maybe I’m still living in a fantasy world a bit, making something else to be the villain in my story, but it definitely helps.

    I’ll take this somewhere else if you really want an answer, but no, my belief doesn’t prove the Bible, but history and science can support the Bible.
