  1. Hmmm… super cool. maybe my theory isn’t related at all. Oh well. maybe this is my weird first impression talking, but while ‘Renaron’ would make sense, I think Brandon chose ‘Renarin’ as the former sounds slightly too masculine for his character. Or maybe I’m just crazy.
  2. I would like to point out that if the majority group cannot win as a team, there is no incentive for them to work together or even consider themselves as a “we”. Which scares me a bit
  3. Why? You realize that the problem with therapists isn’t that there’s any judgement or guilt, but possibly that they are too nice sometimes? Legitimately, it is a pleasure to speak ti my therapist every time, he always listens, sometimes I interrupt by accident and he’s okay with that, and he is incredibly understanding.
  4. FN.9 creates a Rift that appears right next to Clone, steals the sandwich, then leaves the applicable space of Battle For The Sandwich and appears somewhere insulated from the narration-adjacent abilities of BftS Authors.
  5. Harley sighed. He really thought he could trust Brax. No matter. There was still a killer out there, and only he could find them. Or something like that. Odds were, all he’d do is discover another stupid boot. He stalked back out into the depths of the house, searching for… something. Something rustled at his feet. A card. Brax had lost one. He turned it over. “The Knight,” he read aloud. “A symbol of honor and strength. I don’t want to do this… but I can, and I must.” Then he set out into the house, reinvigorated. He would do something of value tonight. He didn’t know what, but it wouldn’t be for nothing. —— so as i understand it, only one person can win in a FFA, so the idea is to survive until endgame and obtain the Smoking Gun to win?
  6. What did his name mean? I forget, but Alethi names are composited from prefixes and suffixes of other words or something. Might be significant.
  7. “Cool, cool.” He stares, then shuffles a bit. “What powers do you have? Mine involve narrative undermining, Narration-adjacent power suppression, and portal creation, and the occasional but difficult completedissolutionofacharacterintoflawedanddisorganizedcharacterattributes,” he says quickly. “Oh, also, I have a really cool necklace,” he says. The necklace is indeed cool, gold links with a long bone pendant.
  8. I stare in confusion as something interrupts Emergence. Oh well. Probably fine.
  9. I was thinking of [WaT spoilers] In any case, Abrasion cause friction is legitimately an incredibly useful force to manipulate, both in movement and combat.
  10. Aren’t Shardblades summoned inside of people multiple times in Stormlight? Shallan, Jasnah, Dalinar, I swear they did so at some point.
  11. FN.9 narrows his eyes. “Is that… northeast coast accent? Want to team up to obtain the Sandwich and become emperors of the Battle for the Sandwich?”
  12. FN.9 attempts a smile. He is meaningful, but not practiced. “So. I’m supposed to believe this sudden compulsion to chase after… a Sandwich? Is my life’s purpose? You feel it too, right?”
  13. Hmmm… I open a Rift. Water pours out in a torrent, soaking the surrounding area, but some invisible force keeps it from soaking my clothes. I reach inside and around dig around for a few seconds, then drag a large catfish out, writhing furiously. It tries to bite me, and I toss it into the air, where it hovers helplessly. Further telekinesis forces its mouth open and extracts the water sitting behind its gills. I bottle it in a vial, then fling the fish back through the Rift, which closes with a hiss. “Here,” I say, tossing the vial to Frustration. “One metaphilisophical quandry. Happy summoning!” and then i return to the fallen god-city of Arcadia to search for a lost prophet, or something else equally vague and impressive sounding when I’m really just listening to altmetal.
  14. Wait which of cohesion and tension allows you to control stone with your mind and what does the other do?
  15. Good enough. Ambiguity is its own reward. I’m sure someone smart said that once. Could I be of any assistance?
  16. So… with an object that i can manipulate the exact size and shape of… why should i make it a blade when i can just summon the appropriate shape of the inside of someone’s lungs?
  17. My default assumptions, that’s who. He’s getting demoted. what are you trying to summon?
  18. What is the name of the person you are attempting to summon?
  19. Oh, i get it, you’re not frustration, i am.
  20. PM me! Super excited to see what you cook up!
  21. I swear next game you will be elim and im going to support you anyway
  22. FN.9 stares blankly. “Well, BftS Thread Text says ‘I’. My existence level seems to have been downgraded and most of my powers have been integrated into the [Star Stream] magic system, so I can’t read your Shard Account’s username. All that to say, no idea. Who’s back?”
  23. I believe both of you and really don’t want Mist out but what can you do smh
  24. Verdance blinks. Good vibes smell like vanilla and old paper. How odd. He coughs, and some physical letters float out of his mouth, fading ibto oblivion. If anyone looks closely, it seems his body is rejecting excess happiness like too much sugar in the form of the lyrics to ALUCARDA (INOHA).
