    I was just thinking about significant number in SA and he really has kinda screwed everything up by making ten so important. It really dominated the numerology. Cosmere wide base 2 is big 2^2^2^2= 16, but it seems less significant on Roshar with 10 not being a power of 2. I'm making a small list below and encourage anyone else to bring in their Input. 2-Shards ON Roshar 4 - Our Favorite Bridge crew. # Shards in Greater Rosharan System 5- SA broken into 2 5 book chunks. 10- Holiest of Holies Orders of KR, Heralds 16- Shards of Adonalsium 20- Njmber of Heraldic attributes 2*10 25- Minimum Required to Carry a bridge 30 - Total # of magic systems 34- Average Bridge crew size 40- Number of bridge crews I'm just trying to look for some significant numbers and find myself grasping for straws. Anybody have any others..

    Is a native of Roshar a Rosharan or a Rosharian? Because I've been using both to hedge my bets. Whatever it is I've been spelling it wrong half of the time.

    I'm currently reading the Dangerous Women short story and it's rough. I love it and really enjoy reading it, but I read it in bed before sleep and it puts me RIGHT to sleep. I think I have like 15 pages left and get through one a night. It really makes dragons seem awful tho, right? I mean jeez they are bad for the small folk and everyone non on one(and some of the people on them as well).

    I don't know ... I'm grasping for straws that this illustration has some meaning beyond just being cool. Do the other Shallan sketches have her signature on them?

    I've thought about them a lot. I doubt Amaram would have gotten in contact with them, but I'm sure they'll pop up eventually. One theory that's been kicked around (By Gamma Fiend) is that Lirin will find his way to Mr. T's hospital. I don't subscribe to that tho... I think there will be a teary reunion that will break Kaladin's heart. Edit: Accredited Gamma Fiend

    Agreed.. I remember reading this chapter for the first time and thinking. "is he really attributing quantum mechanical electron level principals to spren?!.. This is not random or unimportant"

    I thought of this too. I think he calculated that even on a bad day he could manage to say "Don't kill me" and hold a stone in the air.

    So what's the 3rd Ideal for Edgedancers. I have two guesses. 1. I will mend that which has been destroyed. 2. I will fill all others with awe. (Translation "I will be Awesome")

    Audible really drags their feet on putting up preorders, even on big releases. I think I'll keep a credit floating around to snatch it up ASAP just in case.

    Peter and Brandon have confirmed this multiple times. It will be same day. It seems if you look at Peter's Twitter feed specifically he spends half his time responding to WoK fans asking.

    I can't wait to look back on all of this in three months and see how our predictions look when new information is presented.

    Cool Idea have a 1+. Do you think that if this was real someone else would need to become a Herald to restore their order? Can a current Rosharan physically become a Herald? It's been speculated they are not of this world.

    That sounds like a pretty sound theory. I wonder why, if he wants to unite everyone he'd want Dalinar dead? He seems to be a force for uniting. Maybe he only cares about Alethkar and Big T needs someone more Globally minded, and he needs a weak Elhokar to do that.

    Taln doesn't need to be a POV to be integral to the story. Even if he has just one POV in WoR he could be around. I mean, he's in Alethkar, I'm sure he'll gravitate toward to ol' Shattered Plains.

    It's not really inconsistent. A ward and Smith are both words for a "job type" so actually smith, dancer, bringer, runner, ward they all fit together.

    I could see her being early teens. I think a life on the streets pre-awesomness would add some maturity to her face that wouldn't necessarily be out of the question.

    For those who have read it. Is it worth reading, or would you reccomend blocking it from your mind and waiting for the more polished version he MAY eventually write?

    Tor just posted up a pic of the manuscript it's HUGE . They also promised an excerpt later today!! It will most likely be something we've all seen here but woot!
