    Okay so in one of the groups I’m in, two players are a dwarf fighter and a like 10 foot tall Goliath barbarian. So they decided to get a custom made baby-carrier style “saddle” for the Goliath and have the dwarf ride on his back to gain the advantages of mounted combat. Well, this ended up becoming stupidly strong, as they can choose which one of them gets hit when either does and have the ability to reduce damage taken, so they effectively have 500 hp combined at level 10 which is completely ridiculous but somehow the dm allowed it. They also took multiple feats related to mounted combat so that whenever one gets hit, the other can use a reaction to attack the person who hit them. And the Goliath has an ability that lets them push people back ten feet when they attack, which then allows the dwarf to take an opportunity attack against them as well. All in all, it’s completely broken, but also absolutely hilarious.

    He was kinda neat when he showed up, but then he got instantly clowned on by Kaladin WHILE Kaladin was in a suppression fabrial. Then he proceeds to show up repeatedly at Urithiru and get soundly defeated by Kaladin each time. Cool character concept, but no actual plot power. He had to go; the embarrassing cycle really couldn’t have dragged on any longer.
