  19. i didn't order a pizza, but I accept it, scan it for poisons/spikes and, finding nothing, eat it. I let you steal the sandwich so I can track down your base of operations with the tracker I have placed in the sandwich. When you arrive I activate the tracker (think like a cookie robot from Despicable Me, but a pickle) and have it secretly watch you until you go to sleep. Then I break in with my Stormfatherblade and steal the sandwich, and fly to Niue with it to enjoy having it.

  21. Ash thought that her sister was lying about her financial destitution. Her only Feruchemical expenses were metal for her Nicrosilmind, not her addiction to oxygen or something more dangerous. Ash left Scadrial, joining rogues Alene and drinking several oxygen bottles, which cost millions of spheres. Meanwhile, Simon Kholin started embezzling Archbishop Tanner of millions of Breaths that belonged to Tanavast. He brought Ash the money, but she declined because she would betray Tanavast's trust later. Tanner considered murder of chasmfiends, so Simon assassinated Venli, but brutally failed. So Venli murdered Alene, forcing the Ghostbloods to alliance with Ash. Hoid and Design and Raoden and their friends decided that Ash Needed Help. They formed a séance, Intent superseding their Connection, moccasinifying Adonalsium into shards that didn't
  22. But Harmony's perpendicularity is in the South and the Southerners aren't exactly keen on sharing information with our bois in Elendel, but it is usable for entering and leaving Shadesmar and the Iriali could use that to exit the Cognitive realm. Maybe the bulk of the Iriali are still in the Scadrian subastral or caught in the time lag as @Nitpicking said and the Lost Metal ones are just the ones that were at the front of the pack or left before the time distortion. And who knows? Maybe the Iriali helped the Malwish unite the South and are mostly allied as a bloc with the Malwish, and they just haven't needed to play that card on the Basin yet. There were rumors of a large population of golden-haired people in Maraga's broadsheet in TLM. Personally I am confident that Scadrial is the fifth land on the long trail, but we'll see what Sando reveals in SP5 and in E3
  23. Please note that this is Roshar: the air is mostly oxygen (or a lot more oxygen than Earth) so pressure is likely not as much a concern as it would be in, say, the Himalayas, and the partial pressure of the Horneater Peaks is likely still at a very survivable level. The lakes did not generate pressure as far as I remember.
