I believe the book is written in the future, so as a kids writing gets better with age so must syls. Additionally, the chapter 1 and 2 epigraphs fit so perfectly, syl has known the wind since a child, as honor Spren are basically sentient or more evolved windspren

Just a theory, during this chapter 10 Kaladin is given a copy of way of kings by syl for him to learn to read.During the prologue Galivar is trying to speak the words that would turn him into a herald.Would it be a stretch for Kaladin to be learning to read,and accidentally say the words out loud and become a herald?This topic,(Kaladin becoming a herald) has been discussed for years, and while I dought what I wrote would happen,I do wonder if there may be some connection.

My honest opinion, I could see Aquafina as syl,and it would ruin the movie for me. What's your pick?

I hope odium wins, but honor is restored and cultivation and honor team up and kill odium, revealing cultivation in the epilogue as the real villain.. So an Odium Pyrrhic victory

I know, odium is probably the big bad.But look at what Mercy's done. He probably made the shades, helped odium killed ambition,(Messed up, who would help odium?),it was either wit or Sazed that were worried of him, which either way is big, considering harmony is the strongest shard and anything that scares wit is probably beyond dangerous. And we know this with only a bit of info. To back the "Mercy created shades",in the copper mind shades were originally created on purpose.Mercy probably took mercy (haha) on the dead humans who were killed during the shattering of Ambition.

Some.for the rpg there is a book about the shin that is canon. It depends,shin book wil probably be more heavy,others you don’t need to know:book 9 seems not that important .

May be a dumb question,seeing she acted as odium in the false desolation by granting forms,but I remember a herald talking about her as a mistake.

My theory’s that valors on Roshar and is the wind,this is probably untrue but maybe? He thought the voice was syl,so it might be femine,valor is femine,valor is close to /similar tohonor and Kaladin has exhibited a lot of valor before.(. Fighting pursuer without stormlight,resisting odiums influence,saving elokhar,and others). Not a lot of evidence,but Brandon has had a thing with shards talking to people.(ruin to vin,tanavast cognitive to Dalinar,odium to Dalinar etc)

Vasher was a surprise,but I think Ishar did something to use the storm fathers ability to speak yo manipulate Galivar,then at the end of the chapter relinquishes his hold and the storm father goes back to all caps. im pretty sure Ishar-stromfather without the caps storm father-speaks with

In rythem of war,venli gets all uppity about a voidspren hiding in a cremling following her.This is a red herring,but it made me think.Could a voidspren give a cremling a form? Correct me if I’m wrong,but the void Spren inhabits the cremlings gem heart to do so,and isn’t that how forms like storm form are granted?by letting Spren in your gemheart? Could we get a war form or a nimble form Cremling?
