He ducked out of the cell, taking cover behind the door. Better safe than sorry. Leon looked from outside the doorway, gun in hand, tapping determination. "On your call, Perses." he muttered softly. "I'll be right behind you."

When trying to make an impression, normally he did it over the ear, but he was not stupid enough to do that to an Inquisitor. "Look, I've been in crime for a long time. And never has the underworld been as disturbed as when you rose to power. Your stunt with burning that factory, the blood moon, well that wasn't you, but regardless, it scared them stiff. I want to know something. What do you want to do with the Mistwarrens? I mean, you could do whatever with practically no resistance." he said, gesturing around, noting the cowering civilians peeking through curtained windows. "They're terrified of you."
