So, just be normal.
-
Thanks, and I meant situation A.
-
What would happen if a person wielding Nightblood atacled someone who was a Nicrosil ferring and had stored all of their investiture in their metalminds? Would it just act as a normal sword?
-
Hi, I joined around six months ago, but I only really started posting at the end of January cause I forgot that I had an account. My favourite character would probably be Wayne, from era 2, I find that He's the most relatable.
-
But the duration of the change increases with the amount of oaths you swear (in the case of Radiant's).
-
Thanks, I'm assuming that the amount of people who were shown to have resonance in mistborn era 2 was Wax, with his steel bubble, and maybe Wayne with his ability with cadmium bubbles. And also, now that I think about it, could Miles' ability to ignore pain have been his resonance, or would that just have been a natural occurrence?
-
Does the effect of resonance differ between person to person, or is it just the set resonance for that particular power set?

A Coppermine filled with all Hoid's memories and knowledge, using that I would probably be able to make myself into one of the most powerful beings in the cosmere.- 724 replies

There are a few ways Ruin could do it, 1. Someone pierced by a Hemalurgic spike (It has to be hemalurgic otherwise anyone wearing an earring would be influenced by ruin) 2. Someone with a sufficiently cracked spiritweb 3. Someone with a close connection to a shard

I didn't think that he was sexist, as he seemed to have no problem working with Marasi in the last book.

Rhythm of war is my favourite. Although I do like the Magic system that Mistborn has.
-
Thanks for the explanation.
-
Yeah, also the fact that they have guns.
-
No, I've also never read that.
-
I've never read the dragon watch series, what's it like?
-
I'm not taking any notes on it, but I am listening to the prancing pony podcast about the Silmarillion.
-
Hi Rae, what is your favourite high fantasy series, mine is the lord of the rings and I am currently reading the Silmarillion.
-
So, you mean taking the imprint that the soul has left in the spiritual world and using that as kind of mould, and filling it with investiture?

Spikes before linchpin and kandra question
Iron-Eyes replied to Tamriel Wolfsbaine's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I think it's only when you get a lot of spikes that you need a linchpin to hold them all together -
I like The Final Empire over the lost metal, although I did love the ending of TLM, I felt that as a book on a whole the final empire was better. Rhythm of War was better then the Way of Kings, I agree with what Aredor said, Brandon has gotten better over time. I liked The Emperors Soul over Elantris, Elantris was good but TES was more engaging. Tress and The emerald Sea was my favourite (although I still haven't read the sunlit man). I don't think I've ever had a Bagel before.
