    Oh. That's why he's coming here. Why am I coming here exactly. It's time for some introspection.

    yeah. 3rd place was pretty good, considering there were 18 teams and the next closest after us was about 40 points behind us and the most you can get in a round is 36.

    "You know, for someone who volunteered to come here, you sure are close to getting cold feet." She shrugged. "I guess those of us that are idiots will always be braver."

    Now I need emotional support. Backstory: I don't know how many of you have heard of BOB or battle of the books, but my friends and I signed up for it. We all prepared a lot and were ready. Today: Today was the actual battle. It was basically trivia and we had to answer what book it was from. So we did pretty good overall, but in an event you had to take 1st or 2nd to move on, we took 3rd. By one point! One lousy point!! And the worst part is, each question is worth 2 points and we answered wrong that I got right but my team didn't hear me say it and so answered a different answer. The only thing that makes it better is that I beat someone (on the Shard) on a Rithmatist question, so that was awesome. Hugs appreciated. and any advice/comments.
