    One of my friends tried to convince me to just ignore the things that were going on with the person I'm not friends with any more and then was mad when I ignored him and decided to not be friends with them anyways.

    He said he didn't want to hear anymore of my problems. I said whatever.

    Then this morning he started asking me for advice and help about this girl. And so I gave him advice. 

    I didn't want to though.

    You can't tell someone you don't want to hear their problems and then ask them for help with yours.

    I feel like this should go two ways.

      It's mature of you to help him despite that, but remember, you don't have to be everybody's dump. You don't need to solve everyone else's problems, especially when you're figuring out your own.

    When I was two I stuck a fly swatter on my foot and used it to whack my dad in the head during the long drive to where we currently live. And then it got stuck. And when I said stuck it sounded like duck. So my parents thought I was saying I was a duck when I was trying to say I'm stuck. They asked me what a duck says and now in my house ducks say "Help me!"

    So was I. It is part of one of my earliest memories.

    I still don't think his punishment should be discussed unless he is convicted and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be up to us anyways.
