    @Frustration isn't that scary, he's pretty friendly to new people, and he's pretty kind. He can shoot down theories, but usually he does offer some other commentary about what other ideas might work.

    I think there is an issue with the attitude around using WoB's, in that people will just post the WoB without any other discussion. I dislike Death of Author, but I think it would be a good idea for those who like it to have a safe space of their own.

    I think I can guess. But that's besides the point. That's really cool. Knowing a language that is very localized is like knowing High Imperial, very impressive. Or should I say, Ising the knowing of the language of localized Ising the like of knowing the Imperial of High.

    I think we'll have to agree to disagree here. I'm not all that worried about end-positive or end-neutral, especially when I believe there's a better way to classify magics.

    I think I might like Dalinar's character growth more than that of any other character Brandon has written. Yes! This is so true, and it gives such hope. I live Sazed's discovering faith/hope arc. These are great quotes. Everyone else, great quotes, these are just ones that stood out especially to me personally.

    That's not what defines end-positive (or at least we think) The fact in all honesty, most magics are what would be classified as end positive. All that is required is that the investiture not be taken directly from the person, but instead an outside force. Khriss is not entirely justified/correct in grouping magics like this.
