It would make sense that Bondsmiths still have plate, but each one might have a different spren type b/c of the oddities of Bondsmiths. your theories make sense, and I can't see what else they might be, except Dustbringers might be decayspren.     Not unless it is seeking to directly interfere with the mirror. Lightweaving works on the same principles as photon-manipulation epics. They affect the way light works, and various other waveforms. Mirrors merely reflect light, and all manipulation would either happen before or after it is reflected from the mirror.
