    Honestly, I doubt that they were in the castle because Moash decided that they needed to be there. I don't think it was his desire for revenge that put them there. I figure that he trained them and then the singers sent them to the palace. Sure his actions resulted in them being there, but I don't blame him for their deaths. maybe they wouldn't have been there had it not been for Moash, but I think that if we're blaming people it's th fused. AT the very least I would say that it wasn't Moash's intent to use these singers as a means of revenge. Although, I have not read Oathbringer in a long time (currently reading WoR) so it's quite possible that I'm misremembering things. I find this so interesting! I'm so glad that you pointed it out. There are so many similarities between Kaladin and Moash. I find this one really interesting because it's Moash doing things that Kaladin taught him to do. Kaladin trained him and helped him become the person that he is, and now he's so dangerous and deadly because of Kaladin, and he does things like train these singers because even though he switched sides, it's almost like he wants to continue to emulate Kaladin.

    I just realized that when I chose my profile picture I actually posted a thread asking people for their opinions and someone suggested what is now my picture. I feel like I should go back and see who it was. Anyways, it's almost the end of pride month and I want to change my picture again. I was wondering, is July the international month of anything?     I mean some people just don't like novellas/short stuff as much. Personally, I think that they're both great but I'm genuinely useless in these kinds of threads because of my immediate instinct to defend any of Brandon's works purely out of principle, which I know is silly but I get very defensive. I think that the thing about Alloy of Law is that it's so different from the original trilogy that if you read it right afterwards it can be a bit jarring. The style and the plot is s completely different, when I first read it I was shocked. It definitely grew on me though. Slow moving books or books without much of a plot have never really bothered me. When the author is good, I just trust that something cool is coming and use the slow parts as a way to get to know the characters and the world. I guess the reason I like AoL is because it's a new take on an awesome world, but I understand if it's not somebodies favourite. It is a little bit sad that the world has changed so much. Reading Era 2 feels like saying goodbye to Era 1, which I never want to do because I love Era 1.

    Hi! I haven't posted here in forever, but here's a drawing I did for my school's music night. The theme was Light vs. Darkness, and we played some songs from How to Train Your Dragon and from Alice in Wonderland. This drawing was in the back of the Playbill.

    I feel like we should all work together too record audiobooks of all Brandon's books. It would be so fun, different people could play different characters, and there are so many books that anyone who wanted to could participate. Anyways, that's really random but I just had that idea.

    When I joined I was so excited and I hadn't really explored the shard a lot, so I thought that lots more people would have usernames that are character names. I basically tried out a bunch, and some were taken but since it was right after I read RoW I chose The Sibling. It's kind of funny because most people's usernames are in fact, not character names, but oh well. I am a sibling in real life too, so I guess it makes sense.

    I think that if the wielder believed that what they were doing was good, they could get away with killing even the kindest most non-evil person in the universe. Because it is their perception of evil that is influencing Nightblood. So maybe if they didn't know how good the good person was, they could kill them for what they believed to be a noble reason.
