  1. It makes sense that Auxiliary could be kind of like the knight in the bond between them and Nomad. It could also be that Auxiliary is kind of like a deadeye that was healed, similar to how Adolin and Maya are.
  2. Hmm, yes. Pineapple on pizza. Delicious.
  3. It could also be that he just hasn't finalized what it does.
  4. Compounding Copper is something not discussed in the Mistborn novels. All WoBs on the topic have been RAFO'd. So, I will propose a few theories I have created. 1. Compounding Copper fills in gaps The idea here is that Compounding Copper will fill in gaps that were lost. Little details you didn't give much importance, things you forgot before storing the memory, etc. 2. Compounding Copper continues the memory Basically, the memory is expanded upon. It adds stuff to the end and/or beginning. 3. Compounding Copper copies the memory You get the idea. 4. Some combo of the three above This one is simple. What if both 1 AND 2 were true? Or maybe all of them? There is not much proof for any of these theories, and nothing to back them up. It could be that none of these are true. I don't know.
  5. Yes! Stormlight is now a permanent part of Internet history, in a new way.
  6. F-Duralamin + AonDor I could, theoretically, store Connection to Sel, and then maybe use that Connection to use AonDor elsewhere in the Cosmere. If that doesn't work, I would choose F-Zinc and F-Copper.
  7. Nicrosil stores Investiture, and Stormlight is Investiture. Meaning you can, probably, store it in Nicrosil. If you were an Elsecaller, Lightweaver, or held the right Honorblade, you could use that Stormlight to Soulcast more Nicrosil, or other Allomantically viable metals. If you got the method down, you could theoretically Compound forever without needing to get more metals from an outside source. Assuming, of course, that you can store Stormlight in Nicrosil.
  8. Number one sounds interesting, and it's cosmere, but I have to say SP#2. WYR give up 17thShard, or reading Sanderson?
  9. I used to be really big into Harry Potter, but now... I'm kind of neutral. The person below me has really nice hair.
  10. A laptop. WYR have a pet chasmfiend, or a pet mistwraith?
  11. Ah, so you do not have a deep-seated hatred for mac'n'cheese, rather a strong dislike of the oddly nasty cheese-with-pasta noodle dish.
  12. A fellow mac'n'cheese hater, I see.
  13. Thank you for keeping this site running. I do not know where else I would expose my nerdy side so freely and fully without feeling criticized.
  14. The ability to not have to plug in the computers, or maybe the ability to make my sisters to plug them in when they're dying.
  15. I say yay. It doesn't spoil much more than those summaries on the backs of books.
  16. I think that, to an extent, it will strengthen the cloth, although I have no evidence. However, I am pretty sure that of you put enough Breath into the cloth, it would resist Shardblades, although it would require a lot of Breath.
  17. You know what, I really like fish. I don't know about the rest of you, but I like fish.
  18. Silence? (Also, I just realized if I'm right, I have to come up with a character. Just kinda hoping I'm not right.)
  19. If I was in the Cosmere: A-Nicrosil, F-Nicrosil IRL: A-Zinc, F-Nicrosil If I'm remembering correctly, when you burn a metal you create Investiture and then use it. However, before you expend ti, you can store it in Nicrosil. Then, you can use more Allomantic ability at once, effectively exceeding your Allomantic strength limit.
  20. There is this phenomenon, where water will be sucked through a diaphanous membrane to the side with less concentration of water. (I forgot the name, so if someone could post it, that would be much appreciated.) I suspect something similar is happening here. We also know that all spores react with water, suggesting they are all living, not necessarily associated with living things.
  21. I would Awaken some chouta to see if it would taste better, and if the Command used would change how good it tastes. I would also test to see if Awakened food could be used as a tool in assassinations, by Awakening it choke whoever swallows it, or something along those lines. I think that would be really interesting, although testing that last one might be a bit hard to test ethically.
  22. Wow. This sounds ... unlikely. Unlikely but possible. And it sort of makes sense considering he was inspired by The Princess Bride.
  23. I always thought they just sort of poofed onto the next planet, without really knowing why or how. There is evidence to support my conclusion, but it isn't very strong. I mean, they don't seem to ever leave anyone behind when they move on, and it is weird that when they leave, everything is as if they had just been there. However, what you are saying makes sense, and probably makes more sense considering what we currently know.
  24. Spoilers for Tress of the Emerald Sea (SP#1):
