  1. 1. Because it's a good way to release pressure without hurting anyone. For example, today I panicked about something, and I think swearing to myself helped me calm down. 2. I almost never use swearwords as intensifiers, but when I do it's fun. 3. When a Precision F-Strike is used, it can add a lot of emphasis to a sentence. (Warning: very sweary TV Tropes link) After you die, how do you want your body disposed of? (burial, cremation, etc.)
  2. ...nno? TPBM has thought about what it would be like to have a twin.
  3. Hey, I'm on the yearly leaderboard! Admittedly it's fifth place which you can only see from the homepage, but still pretty cool!

  15. I've read that too! One of my favourites. I love his books.
  16. Why is it always the psychopaths, Elf? Just find a nice person to settle down with who probably won't kill you! Jk. 9/10, minus one because you misspelled "psychopathic".

  18. We don't celebrate any of the old traditions except for Chinese New Year. (And even that's limited to a big meal and red envelopes.) For reasons I don't want to go into here, my father is dead set on my going to college and eventually living in the US. Therefore we are homeschooled, speak English at home, and don't interact that much with other kids. So I don't really have anyone to talk to about these things. I could look it up on the Internet, but ah, it doesn't matter that much to me. Goodness, really? What's your mother tongue?
  19. Happy birthday, Ed! Hope you're doing well!

  20. I was born in Taiwan and live in China, but know bupkis about the culture of either. It's something I'm still resentful about.

  23. Can't think of anything, sorry. Is it just me, or is the Shard much less active round this time of the year?
