    “Of course!” She said with a smile and a wave. “Good luck!” Her image began to fade away. Sequence stood up with him, taking his arm to give him a bit of support as she offered him a cup of tea. “Mhm… Let’s not forget the time you died facing withergeists,” she said with a shudder. “Besides, if you’re going to go out of your way for my health, it’s only fair I do what I can to return the favor!” She smiled.

    "Of course!" Multiple cups appeared on the table, and the floating tea kettle filled them all, then the one in Ryver's hand. "And, you can just call me Sequence, if you'd like," she said with a chuckle.

    ".. Mmmmaaaybe? I'm sure he'll calm down soon. Violence is strictly forbidden here. And yes! An Enuller. Gosh, I don't know nearly as much about these things as I should, but as I understand it, Enullers are beings whose job is to keep Narrators in check, essentially. They keep us within the Thread, and... I think they will intervene if one of us gets out of hand? I can't say for sure, as I've never really seen it happen myself."

    Sequence nodded, frowning at the pair. There was also another Sequence standing over near them. Sequence seemed to be in multiple places at once. "They are. I consider them both friends, but the one in the brown coat, Rebus, has some... troubling goals. Cricket is a nice fellow though. I believe he's an Enuller! Could be worth it speaking to him, as Enullers tend to be rather well versed in Thread mechanics!"

    Sequence tilted her head again, seeming deep in thought. "I suppose... Whether or not you can go back is the decision of your Author. I've known a few other places that are outside the Thread, but also... not outside the Thread. I don't know much, unfortunately." Sequence rubbed her temples. "Gosh, I wish Nameless were still around. He was much older than I, and much better with questions like this... Perhaps you'd like to speak to Moniker. She shares a lot of his knowledge, I think." Absolutely! For the most part, you're welcome to join and involve yourself with whatever you'd like! Sometimes you can just have a character appear somewhere conveniently . There are some places that are typically supposed to be inaccessible without special means, like the Dreamsmith's workshop, the Dreamscape, and other such places, but other than that, most things are free rein!

    "Back where you came from? Like, before you arrived at this party? Yes, I can send you back when you wish!" She tilted her head at the second question. "... I believe so. I certainly am, and I've never left. I'm a Narrator, so I can't leave by law of the Enullers anyways, but that doesn't bother me. I know other people can and do leave the Thread, or even arrive from other places, but... Most of the time, they're created here and never leave. I think." She scratched her head. "What else would you like to know?" Sequence visibly relaxed, letting out a big sigh of relief. She reached into her bag again, getting a small cloth. She doused it in hot water from one of many floating tea kettles, letting it cool a bit before gently dabbing at the wound. "You 'guess'??" She asked, looking at him incredulously, spreading a little bit of antibacterial ointment on the wound before gently pressing an adhesive bandage over it. "You're not invincible, you know..." She said, shaking her head and leaning back on her stool, wiping her hands on the cloth.

    “Well… It depends. You know about your Author if your Author wants you to know about them. Nearly everything an Author does is intentional, but whether they’re evil or good? … I couldn’t say. I guess I could ask! Or you could ask. Whether or not they respond is up to them.”

    “Scheming can certainly be fun sometimes too!” She said with a light chuckle. “Oh! Right right, I’m so sorry-“ She tossed away the sewing needle and her Narrationblade morphed into a similarly dark-looking syringe. “I’m not much of a doctor, in case you haven’t noticed…” Still very timid, she poked the needle into the darkness and slowly pulled back the plunger. “Oh, no no, you’re free to conjure all the objects you wish! Just, if you need something and it’s more convenient to ask, please do so!” She cocked her head at the mention of Authors, frowning slightly. “… Well, I- … I can’t say I know too much about the… rules and laws around Authors… I’m also not sure how I feel about… you know… ‘breaking the fourth wall’ and such, but I… I guess I could tell you who your Author is, if you’d like.”

    Sequence tilted her head, listening while she watched Ryver curiously. She smiled as the spoon appeared, amused by both the joke and the action. "Fascinating process... I could've gotten you a spoon though, if you wanted!" Sequence blinked a couple times. "Oh! Well, of course. I myself enjoy some analyzing from time to time! Any interests, hobbies, particular skills, or anything like that you wish to share?" "It's a party! Well, a quiet one. There aren't a staggering amount of guests this time around. I just enjoy meeting the Thread's new souls! I'd love to speak to you and learn about you as long as you wish to stay." I almost forgot! This is vaguely how I imagine the night sky on Sequence's World to look, just imagine there's more stars and some weird spiral constellations and also that the terrain is different... Despite lots of looking, I was unable to find the perfect planet around the perfect nebula, so this will have to do . Mostly just to help you get an idea of the 'clouds' I attempted to describe.

    Sequence tilted her head, looking up at the sky. "A spoon, you say?" She raised her hand, and the sky spun, as if the planet was rotating very quickly. The sun did not appear though, and the sky remained dark. Eventually, the spinning stopped, and the night sky looked... vaguely different. Sequence pointed up at the sky, and a handful of the stars pulsed brighter for a moment. They were arranged in a somewhat spoon-like shape, though it was an awfully lumpy spoon... "How's that?" Sequence asked. "Of course!" The tea kettle floated over and refilled Jack's cup. "So, , why don't you tell me a bit about yourself?" Sequence's eyes widened and she grew a bit pale. "A... a needle? I... I suppose I can do that..." She reached into the satchel at her side this time, producing a small sewing needle. She gingerly held it up, poking and scraping at the darkness shallowly. "Like this?"

    Sequence blinked at him a couple of times, but nodded understandingly. “I am quite familiar with strange morals,” she said, her eyes glazing over somewhat as she stared off into the distance. She shook herself, focusing back on her guests and smiling sweetly. Sequence turned to Ryver with a frown, sensing some discomfort, perhaps? “Are you alright?” She asked, looking at his hair. Sequence blinked at him a couple times, before looking at Cricket, then back to Rebus. “Agreed,” she said softly. “Though I want to be clear… All forms of combat, physical or not, are forbidden… Please.”

    The sun had entirely vanished below the horizon, making way for the stars and night sky. The stars were odd and unfamiliar. Some of them were arranged in perfect, impossible spiral patterns, while other patches of the sky were entirely devoid of stars as if a black curtain was pulled over the sky. On the edges of that 'curtain', some faint black and purple clouds, impossibly far away, were visible. (I have a few pictures that I'm thinking of when I describe this, I'll have to find them later and show you all, as I fear I am struggling to accurately describe this .) "Helping people is a very noble quest!" Sequence said with a nod. She paused. "Though I'm not so sure about 'morally grey'... I've always preferred morally green. Green is such a lovely color, don't you think? So peaceful, and full of life and kindness..."

    "Oh! Yes, of course, my apologies." Sequence stood up, brushing off her dress before taking a small bow. "I am Sequence! And I am old," she added with a chuckle. "I've encountered lots of people in my time, but I've really been trying to get to know each and every one." "They are, but I do think darkness can be beautiful too!" Sequence sat down and took one of the four teacups. "Your quests, your interests, those such things! What makes Jack, Jack, and what makes , ?"

    Sequence shook Jack's hand with a smile. "Nice to meet you too, Jack! I must say, I love your outfit." She leaned in closer. "Back in my day, I... or, a version of me, fought a whole war over bright colors," she said with a laugh. "Ah, and ! Lovely to meet you as well! You seem somewhat familiar..." She tilted her head, looking at closely. "Oh well, I can't quite place it!" "Lovely to meet you, Ryver!" Sequence said. "You are indeed new..." Sequence looked Ryver up and down, memorizing their appearance. "Sit down, you three! Tell me a bit about yourselves!" Four plush armchairs appeared conveniently, and a coffee table sat in the middle, with a floating tea kettle already pouring cups of tea for everybody.

    Sequence looked rather worried as she looked between Rebus and Cricket. "... Yes, I- ... I understand the danger. Regardless, all are safe here. There will be no violence on my world. Once you leave, your business is yours, but please be civil so long as you are here." Sequence laughed, leaning back in her chair and looking somewhat dizzy. "Oh, please do! Your room will be here." She said warmly. They both find themselves on the deck of the party cabin on Sequence's world! Sequence appeared, her form slightly fuzzy and misty. "Welcome!" She said brightly, looking between the two newcomers. "I'm Sequence," she said with a bow. "Who might you two be?" Sequence's eyes widened and she began to panic a bit, bringing the beaker closer. "Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear- .. Is it unbearable? What should I do? I can wipe it off and try something else!"

    Sequence's image was somewhat fuzzy and unfocused, but she smiled. "Wonderful. You're welcome to stay as long as you like... Though there might be some people causing trouble. I'm doing what I can to deal with it." Sequence nodded, gently taking some of the glowing salve and spreading it on the edges of Unintelligible's wound. She was extremely careful to move slowly, her touch gentle and somewhat timid as she held out the beaker with her other hand. Quoted Xino too but it vanished so @xinoehp512 Sequence jumped with the sudden appearance of Bacon, nearly falling out of her chair. "Goodness! You scared me!" She exclaimed, sitting up straight and brushing off her dress. She looked from Bacon to Atlas for a moment. "I... Suppose that's up to your interpretation! Based on how Atlas explained things, it sounded like family to me." She rubbed her eyes. "Though I will admit, I've never been very good with that definition." Sequence eyed Cricket, turning to face him and stepping between Cricket and Rebus. "The line is drawn before violence. There will be no violence on my world." Her normally sweet tone was stern as she glanced back at Rebus. "From anybody." @TwinStorm Sequence appeared, her image somewhat misty and fuzzy. "What's going on? Is somebody infiltrating the vault?" She asked, alarmed. I just wanted to say, this document is remarkable . TLT can get so confusing so fast sometimes! I honestly should keep notes like this too, but.. I am much too lazy .

    Sequence tilted her head, focusing on Rebus. She simply stared at him for a moment, concentrating, then she summoned Conflict. Conflict took the form of a brilliant white and gold sword, functional and un ornamented, but radiating a sense of righteousness. “I assume this is what you’re referring to,” she said, examining the sword curiously before dismissing it with a puff of mist. “In that case, perhaps we will cross blades eventually. I don’t look forward to the day regardless.” Sequence frowned again, sitting on the edge of Atlas’s bed and squeezing her hand gently. “I’m sure. I’m entirely sure. We try our best to protect people, and to keep bad things from happening…” She said, looking out the window with a somewhat pained expression. “But nobody is perfect, and bad things are destined to slip through even the strongest walls. And that’s okay.” Sequence looked down at Atlas with a smile. “Besides, you’re much too sweet and nice to be cursed. Cursed people are awfully unpleasant.” Sequence visibly relaxed. “Threads, thank you,” she said, patting Unintelligible on the arm before taking a small jar of clear gel from her bag. She dunked the match into the gel, which continued to burn regardless, and stirred it around a bit. The result was a salve of sorts that radiated the same glow as the match. She then summoned her Narrationblade, which took the form of a small glass beaker. It was… dark. Misty. “Okay…” Sequence began, holding up the glowing salve. “My idea is to apply this to the edges of the wound, hopefully repelling the darkness and forcing it out into the beaker, which will hopefully attract it… Hopefully.” She looked rather worried. In fact, she looked incredibly worried, and had a slight tremble in her hands as she looked into Unintelligible’s eyes. “Tell me if it starts to hurt too much, okay?”

    Sequence stared at him incredulously for a moment. “It’s grown? In under an hour?” She rubbed her eyes for a moment, looking like she might faint. “Come on! You surely understand how worrying that is! Please, let me try to treat it!” Sequence grew more and more concerned as Atlas spoke, gently raising one hand to cover her mouth. “… No, no you’re not cursed, Atlas.” She says quickly, leaning forward and gently taking Atlas’s hand in hers. “Bad things just happen sometimes, and it isn’t your fault… I promise.” Sequence nodded with a weary sigh. “That is very true.” She shook her head, looking up at the night sky. “I really don’t want to fight you, Rebus. I know you’re set on doing… What you do, but I still hope you might reconsider.” She said softly, looking back down at Rebus. “…More tea?”

    Sequence stared at him with wide eyes. "Um, absolutely not! A wound from a withergeist... or withergeist bunny, isn't just something you can shrug off!" She protested. "What if it spreads!"

    Cep found himself on Sequence's World underneath the strange sky and strange stars. There were still a few people on the deck, and some quiet conversations. Sequence frowned. "I... Think I know what you want. You want to be an antagonist, and to be an enemy, and to stir conflict. I think... I do understand why, when I really think about it. It doesn't change the fact that you must be stopped." Sequence frowned. She opened her mouth to speak... But closed it. She thought for a moment, struggling to find words. "... They're still with you... As long as you remember them. Even if people are gone, they're not really gone if they're remembered." She looked down at her hands with a frown, fearing her words to be inadequate. ".. You could tell me about them, if you'd like. Then I could almost remember them too.

    Sequence frowned and stepped inside, sitting down in the armchair beside Atlas’s bed. “Bad dreams?” She said, only partially guessing. Sequence tilted her head slightly, frowning. “… You confuse me, sometimes.” She said. Ah, Cep! Said Sequence’s disembodied voice. It paused for a moment, processing the words. You… But, not you? Ooookay then! An invitation floated down from the sky to settle at Cep(?)’s feet.

    There was a gentle knock at the door, and it opened with a soft creak. Sequence poked her head inside, looking worried. “Atlas? Are you okay?” Sequence frowned, rubbing her forehead wearily. “… Very well. I will refrain from trying to guide you down another path… But I hope you understand that I simply cannot allow you to achieve some of your goals.”

    “Someone…” Sequence echoed with a shiver. “Well… Perhaps I could help? I’ve dealt with my fair share of withergeists.” She focused on the dark gash on Unintelligible’s face and summoned Conflict. It took the form of a match, with a brilliant white flame. She paused, looking a bit worried. “This here likes to repel that nasty wither gunk… But I’m worried it might hurt. How are you feeling? Wither…y, at all?”

    Sequence pursed her lips, watching Rebus closely. “… You worry me, Rebus. Though, it is nice we have something in common.” Another faint smile spread across Sequence’s face, before she paused, looking up at Unintelligible with wide eyes. “… It…” She slowly turned to the bunny in the cage, peering at it closely. “It is… However did you find it?”
