  1. Sequence laughed, smiling too. “… Do you think you want a home here too? For when you visit? We could build you your own place, or perhaps there’s room in my cabin… Hm… Up to you, little adventurer.”
  2. Aww! I love it!! Poor child, dressed in rags… I’ll have to sew her some new outfits
  3. Sequence looked down at Atlas, somewhat surprised. She blinked a couple times. Hm. Fuzzy and Atlas would’ve gotten along. ”… Of course. Even little adventurers need family too.” She said with a smile. Sequence’s eyes widened and she nodded. “Right, of course! I apologize. Any other hobbies that… Don’t involve collecting?”
  4. Sequence laughed and nodded, standing up and opening her arms welcomingly. “Of course.” “Aw, shame.” Sequence said, dismissing the blade. “Why not?” I’m still rather cross with you, the disembodied voice continued with a soft hmph. But… I would still like if you attended the party.
  5. Sequence looked up at Asher spoke, nodding in agreement with a slight smile tugging at her lips. "... Well said. Everybody can have a good family, you just have to find them." She cocked her head, thinking with a slightly pained expression. "And sometimes... You find that family, but... They leave. I don't think that means they stop being your family, as long as you remember them. I had Fuzzy and Cardinal. Asher, I believe you may have known them? Anyways, they're no longer around... But I think they're still my family." Sequence nodded, seeming to agree with the words she was saying. Aelinor looked positively disgusted with the whole conversation, slowly stepping away and back to the center of the porch to observe the party.
  6. Sequence blinked a few times, searching for words. "... My family?" She asked softly. "Well... I don't- ... I suppose your family is anybody whom you take care of, or takes care of you." She said, plastering on a smile. "Like Aelinor, I suppose you could say she's my family." Sequence waved Aelinor over, who looked rather annoyed. "I think of you more like my boss." Aelinor said, rather coldly. Sequence's smile instantly vanished, and she seemed to wilt a bit. "... Right. Of course. I apologize." She turned back to Atlas. "And to you, too! I'm sorry I don't have a family for you to compare." She said with a forced laugh.
  7. Sequence blinked a few times. ".. Oh. Sounds... Yeah, awful. Here, sit down, have some tea!" Sequence gestured to some chairs at a small round table, sitting down in one of them and pouring some tea. There were steaming kettles floating all of the place, which was quite convenient. "I've been good, I think... Rather absent, as I tend to be." Sequence rubbed her forehead with a frown. "But, I did make a vault! That was rather fun. I hadn't spoken much with Malevolence before then. He seems like a decent fellow."
  8. Sequence laughed some more, wiping her eyes a moment. "Oh, Atlas. You are very silly. Don't worry about it for now! Perhaps one day you'll meet the Hero." Sequence appeared once again, nodding and smiling. "Oooh, how exciting!" She clapped her hands together and the gramophone changed tunes, playing a soft, sweet piano piece. Moni found herself on the large porch of the large cabin overlooking the lake, the same place that the party for the 3,000th page had been. This one was much quieter, with not quite as many guests. Sequence appeared, looking delighted. "Moniker! Lovely to see you! It's been (p)ages, goodness me... How have you been?" "Oooh, collecting relics, how lovely... I like collecting things too!" Sequence summoned a gleaming spear in her left hand, holding it up and admiring it. The knowledgeable would immediately recognize the Plotblade of Conflict. "This one would likely be my favorite. It's served me well over the pages... What about you? Any particular trinkets you've collected you especially enjoy?"
  9. Sequence smiled again, looking up at the stars above them. “I quite enjoy exploring the stars. Sometimes you find some rather fascinating ones. I could help you, if you’d like. Narrators like me tend to be rather good at traveling places!”
  10. Sequence seemed to relax a bit. "Yeah, I think so... I've been growing and brewing my own tea recently, and I think I'll start a record collection... What about you? Any hobbies, interests, dreams?"
  11. Sequence’s eyes widened and she stared at Freedom. “… Oh dear- .. I, uh…” She didn’t quite know how to respond. “Would you like some tea? Or, anything else, really. … Have you.. Changed your mind?” Sequence laughed and shook her head. “It’s just a story!” She said with a smile. She leaned closer. “I have lots of stories. I’m over two-thousand seven-hundred pages old.” She added with a wink.
  12. My sincerest apologies for my ignorance! She beamed. “Lovely to meet you too! Why don’t you have a seat? Tell me a bit about yourself?” Sequence sat down in a wooden rocking chair that sat facing the porch’s railing, and gestured to another one that sat next to it.
  13. Idunno :з. Said another author Sequence smiled. “Perhaps another time.” She said.
  14. Sequence laughed, leaning back in her chair. “It didn’t take too long… Only a couple pages, and I suppose the adventurer understood that it was a difficult quest! It is a true story, and the characters did exist… You wouldn’t recognize their names. In fact… the adventurer was somewhat nameless…”
  15. "Well, perhaps you could start with your interests! What do you like to do? What do you excel at?" Sequence smiled at the interaction, chuckling softly to herself, then cleared her throat and leaned forward. Malevolence, Bacon, and I built a giant vault to protect the papers you seek, and Cricket protected it with Enuller magic and then disappeared! Said Sequence's disembodied voice, which was followed by the sound of somebody blowing a raspberry.
  16. Sequence sat in the chair across from him, and a steaming tea kettle that sat on the coffee table levitated into the air and poured two cups of tea. “So, Erdikan… Lovely name, by the way,” Sequence said with a smile. “Tell me about yourself!” Uhh.. teehee? :з Sequence smiled and leaned back in her chair with a sigh. “You’re very welcome..” She still looked a bit concerned as she watched Atlas, but… Who was she to interfere with an adventurer’s travels? … Perhaps she’d keep an eye or an ear open, in case anything bad happened. — “Lovely.” Sequence said with a smile, leaning back in her rocking chair. “Say, would you like to hear a story? … Perhaps Atlas would like to as well?” She sat up and looked over at where Atlas and the one of Sequence’s apparitions, who repeated the question, were by the railing.
  17. Sequence smiles, nods, and poofs into dust, leaving the two alone. Sequence tilted her head a moment, then pulled a small slip of paper from her pocket. She rubbed it between her hands a moment, folded it in half, then handed it to Atlas. "Here. Every time you unfold this paper, you'll appear here, and when you fold it again, you'll return to where you were before! That way, you don't have to remember anything." She smiled. "And if you ever lose it, don't worry, you can just call for me! I'll hear it, anywhere you are." Sequence smiled. "Of course. Any time you're ready, perhaps after you've discussed it with Pyk, just let me know. We can find somewhere for you, and Aelinor and I can help you build anything you need! We've gotten quite good at it," Sequence added, glancing over at Aelinor who stood in the center of the porch.
  18. Sequence frown deepened, and she leaned forward in her chair a bit. "That's... Scary. Isn't Cricket an Enuller?"
  19. Sequence frowned. "I'm afraid not. I believe... The last time I saw then was during the vault's construction."
  20. Sequence furrowed her brow, thinking. "... My heart wants to say no, as the vault was built with the combined powers of Malevolence and I... But... To be honest, I do not know what is possible, nor what Rebus could be capable of. I don't think anybody truly ever could until it's been tested."
  21. "If his goal is to obtain them, then we should worry about it, no matter how safe the pages may be." Sequence said, looking at the ground beneath her feet for a moment. Deep below, near the mantle of her planet, the vault sat within a large chamber, encased in miles of a strange metal.
  22. "All the more reason to prevent Rebus from reaching his goals." Sequence said with a slow nod. "I do! He's quite a nice fellow." Sequence gestured to the other side of the large balcony, where an apparition of Sequence stood speaking to Cep. "Don't mind the other me." Sequence said with a dismissive wave of her hand. "I've gotten quite good at multitasking. Perks of being a Narrator!" Sequence laughed and nodded. "You remember the thing you have to say?" She called after Atlas. "You're more than able to, if you wish! There's plenty of room. Planets do tend to be rather large." Sequence chuckled softly to herself. "I could help you pick out a place for a home, if you'd like, and of course, you'd be willing to come and go as you wish." "Lovely to meet you, Erdikan." Sequence said brightly. "Come, sit! Tell me about yourself!" Sequence gestured to a sofa with a coffee table in front of it, and a wooden rocking chair on the other side... She seemed to be very fond of this particular furniture arrangement, as there were lots of them scattered about the large porch. What seemed to be duplicates of Sequence sat and stood talking to some other guests, and soft a soft, unrecognizable orchestral arrangement played softly from a rather old looking gramophone.
  23. Sequence nodded solemnly. "It was." She sighed, then smiled. "But, it is in the past, thankfully. It must've been... Over twenty-six hundred pages, now." Sequence nodded. "Yes. I'm alright. Thank you, though." She paused and cocked her head. "Have you ever met Cep?" () Sequence frowned, slowly sitting down in a wooden rocking chair next to the balcony. "Even adventurers need to take a rest sometimes! Sit down and have some tea, eat a hot meal, get a good nights sleep... If you ever need any of those things, you can always come here." Sequence smiled, seeming proud. "Yes, that's my favorite part too. I like to envision that discussions, treaties, and perhaps trials such as that of the Great Wizard, could be held here. A place of peace and objectivity." Sorry for how long it takes me to respond! You all type so fast compared to me
  24. She looked up, blinking a few times, then smiled, once again somewhat solemnly. "Yes... Yes, I'm okay. Just thinking about lost friends." She shook her head. "No use dwelling on it!" Sequence laughed, placing the basket on another coffee table that sat next to the railing that overlooked the lake. "Please, help yourself." She frowned again. "Atlas, do you have.. a home? A place to stay?" Sequence nodded. "I can understand that. Parties aren't for everyone, of course!" Sequence nodded. "That's how a Narratorgeist is made. A Narrator bonds a withergeist, letting its mind and its... destructive temperament into their soul." Sequence shivered. "The memories are very vivid."
  25. "Oh gosh, you're right!" Sequence said with a laugh, but.. She quickly stopped, the mirth quickly leaving her face. "... Yes... Music... Cardinal usually played the music..." She sighed, rubbing her eyes for a moment, before plastering on a smile. "Perhaps I should start a vinyl collection... I have a player, but only one record." A sort of trapdoor in the floor nearby opened, and a vintage looking gramophone rose from within, sitting atop a small wooden table. The handle on the side wound itself up, and the needle dropped and it began to play. It was a soft, peaceful orchestral piece, and it would likely be unfamiliar, as Sequence had created it herself. Sequence stared some more, speechless for a moment. "... I- .. Yes, of course..." Sequence held out her hand with a flourish, and a very small wicker basket of individually wrapped hard candies appeared in it. She offered the basket to Atlas. "Here." She said with a smile. "I make them myself! Without any magic." Oh, thank you kindly! That helps, this is a bit difficult to read.. No offense, of course!! I love Atlas already . Sequence nodded, shivering slightly at withergeist. "Pyk?" She asked, tilting her head. "I... Don't believe I'm familiar." Sequence grimaced. "Well... I suppose I don't really know how it happened. Have you heard of a Narratorgeist before?" She asked with a somewhat hollow look in her eyes. "I'm a bit rusty on my history, but... I believe I was the first. A horrible amalgamation of withergeist and Narrator... Completely under the control of the Witherlord himself... This was many pages ago, and I've long since been... Liberated." She sighed. "But anyways, when I... Bonded my withergeist, that's how it was done. I was forced into my own Mindscape to meet with it. It was... Bad." Sequence nodded, looking up at the growing amount of stars in the sky with a fond smile. There was no moon, as Sequence's world didn't have any, but she understood Freedom's meaning. Some portions of the night sky on the horizons appeared to be obscured by unimaginably large black clouds with some faint splatters of color, mainly dark purples and reds, especially lining the edges of the clouds. They didn't move, and there were a scarce few stars in front of the clouds. What's a Star stream??
