If you haven’t listened to Shardcast then I definitely recommend it. You mentioned WoBs, and there’s definitely plenty of that.

Lol yeah 90% of the important characters in the cosmere would greatly benefit from therapy. Also cool username, any particular way you made it?

I could maybe see this being the case, though I believe Brandon has said that Hoid wouldn’t want a spike because it’d put him under another Shard’s influence. Still not total control, but influence. (It would also enable Harmony to hear his thoughts, which I doubt Hoid would like.)

I got the feeling that she should’ve died. I think it’s the kind of thing where Brandon could take it either way later, either having her be dead or have her come back later. He’d just have to come up with a way that she survived, though I don’t know what that would be.

My reactions can be summed up like this: THE SLUGS ARE ADORABLE RIG+FM IS GREAT JESUA DIE IN A HOLE! That is all. p.s. the correct ship name is Fig and not Frig, no matter what the beta readers say.

Cosmere Conversations is pretty good, they go in depth on a lot of stuff, and most of the latest episodes have been about RoW stuff, eg RoW worldhoppers, the RoW epilogue, etc. I recommend it, though Shardcast is still my favorite.

Great podcast! I understand you didn’t want to go into Lux spoilers, but my big beef is: Plus the many unnamed mothers throughout Brandon’s books.

Hmm interesting thought. On the subject of growing larger, I agree that a Kandra could grow to very large sizes/heights if they ate enough people. They could have more hearts to pump blood throughout their body so that wouldn’t be an issue. I wonder if they’ll need an extra spike to maintain sentience? I could see that becoming an issue, but maybe not. I wonder how minute a Kandra could make their muscles/place where they store their memories/mental functions. Could one say, turn into a cremling or something? I’m assuming a Kandra could turn into a bird or something like that, but could one eat a chasmfiend and become one? (Mostly joking on that last idea, but that would be super awesome)

Heck, I’m more likely to accept a cookie if it has a Hemalurgic spike or two!

Favorite book is probably Way of Kings or Alloy of Law. Non-cosmere favorite would definitely be Rithmatist. Weirdest character: Lopen. (Though he’s also one of my favorites because he reminds me of me)

Yep thanks! I mostly do smaller books on the coppermind, me and @tmnsquirtleworked on the Lux articles, and I’ve been doing both the Original and Sunreach articles.

Yeah it’ll certainly be interesting, I bet Brandon could do some cool stuff by having Szeth’s Shinovar flashbacks working together with the main cast going to Shinovar

Hmm yeah I’m hoping for a good deal of honorblade training, it might give a good view into dustbringer/bondsmith powers. I don’t think we’ll get Szeth flashbacks from RoW and OB, but it would be interesting. Him in Yeddaw sounds cool, I kind of want more time with the Skybreakers since I think they’re quite interesting.

Whimsy most likely, favorite character is likely Lopen, Renarin, or Spook off the top of my head, and least favorite is likely Moash. : )
