It's sooooo good. I listen to Sparkle, Dream Lantern, and Nandemonaiya constantly xD Highly recommend the recordings of RADWIMPS + an orchestra playing the soundtrack live over the movie, it's amazing. I also really love the Frieren soundtrack, and Suzume's is also very good Only thing I don't like about Makoto Shinkai's movies (very general spoilers for Your Name/Suzume)

Yeah hard to differentiate specific generations but it's definitely been a few since when I joined. All the years have kind of blurred together tho xD For whatever reason Glass feels like she's been here a really long time to me xD

Same, he's awesome. I actually ran into him a second time outside Roshar during a panel and got to chat with him and his brother a bit. Would love for him to have a full booth next year. Judging by how fast his signings sold out, he'd have plenty of buyers xD Yeah it was fun running into various Dragonsteel employees randomly. I was chatting with folks in the Hyatt lobby a good bit, but I did not have the energy to stay up till 3 am xD I was always way too exhausted to stay up past midnight My amusing moment was looking over and just seeing Peter with a plastic piece of cheese, holding it aloft and posing with it xD Very random

Treamayne is correct. There hasn't been official communication on spoiler policy on our part (most of the 17s staff is at Nexus and have been a bit busy), but anything from the preview reading need to be tagged and put in spoiler boxes.

I'll probably be in the exhibitor hall from around 10-11ish and probably at some point in the afternoon (I'll leave for the airport at 3, so I'll prob be doing a lap to say bye to peeps shortly before) I likely won't check my forums PMs much, but if ya don't have discord you can always ask someone at the 17th Shard booth to PM me if ya need to find where I am xD

Welcome to the Shard! What's your favorite Sanderson book, and your favorite non-Sanderson book?

If you're on the 17s discord, that'll be the best place to learn more, but basically we'll be doing some Cosmere parody christmas caroling at the times listed. There's a pdf of the music on the discord, tho we'll have some extras I think

I've read pretty much everything except wheel of time, Skyward 1 is probably my favorite Sanderson book. Highly recommend the Skyward series

Page 25 at the end of ch 1 has a chart that lays out what changes at each level.

Things like that are kind of borderline. Maybe technically ok, but still kind of weird and off-putting for some. Put yourself in the shoes of a 30 year old person joining a community to discuss the books, and they're immediately greeted by your question. What impression do you think that gives? Introduction posts are where people get their first impression of the site, and so just keep that in mind. AMA, forum games, rp: Go wild, ask as many weird questions as you want. I'd encourage ya'll to ask normal questions that anyone can answer, and that won't potentially weird people out. Remember that you're not just talking to people your age, but all sorts of folks.
