  1. What if a cat sneezed out an elephant which wrote a fantasy series about people killing humanoid rodents? Would you be surprised then?
  2. That's what you'll think right up to the moment someone says something that catches you off guard.
  3. Who knows. It'll, most likely, happen when you least expect it.
  4. I agree with them on their estimation. Idk if I can say anything about it as much as they can as I'm better at talking about other sorts of relationshipy things.
  5. Once I start wanting to be in a relationship, you will be swiftly dethroned! Wheeeneeeever I get around to that.

      I'm late, but 3, 7, 16, and 49.

  7. It was surreal seeing the picture of him as the newest member of the quorum this morning. I saw him at a Stake Conference I had like last year. My seminary teacher was saying on Thursday that we weren't going to replace elder Ballard yet. Stormit, I was hoping we'd have Ballard's face on the wall a bit longer. It'll feel wrong without him being up there. Been there my whole life... Well, new apostles come, old apostles go. *sigh* Guess I'll finally have to accept that we have a new apostle and that Elder Ballard is dead.
  8. *sad noises* Someday, Dark One will return! You will regret ever moving them to another forum! *Laughs evilly. slams smoke bomb into the ground and breaks out in coughing. awkwardly runs away in the background, totally visible.*
  9. "If you would, I would be most grateful."
  10. "It is a long journey back home, and I still yet have things to accomplish here..." the man said, continuing to gather his scrolls, books and papers from the floor.
  11. The scholar shrugged, as if it was abundantly obvious that he agreed, despite the fact that he, obviously, thought highly of his knowledge. "True. How's the perpendicularity this time of year?" He took the glass and had a sip, "Not bad, not bad... Would give a mountain of-" he said the odd word again, "-to have the stuff from back home..."
  12. He turned to him, "Hey, friend, could you get me one of those drinks you people call wine? One of the, uh, orange varieties?" The scholar turned back to Fr, "Here? This restaurant? No. This tower? Urithiru? Yes, I have. Several times."
  13. I really need to go to sleep.

But I had an amazing idea.

I'm reading my second Discworld book, which is really fun so far. Guards! Guards!. But that's besides the point. I was watching a video earlier about adaptations of disc world and the idea of a perfect one and I came up with something I would really love to have in it. I want there to be a narrator in it. That Narrator has to be Ryan Reynolds or the computer thing in that one Mickey Mouse short.

Let me give you my reasoning.

A lot of the problems with Discworld adaptations, I think, would be that they don't really bring the Terry aspect of it over, that funny weirdness. It's just plain weird.

What I want is an animated adaptation of the Watch series with the Narrator saying "That's lazy writing" at one point. Just, Deadpool type narration.

Think about it for a good hard minute.

Discworld, narrated by Ryan Reynolds, animated in the same style as that one movie with the llama and the chubby family guy (no, not that one. Not that one either. Ew, not that one! Emperor's New Groove, of course!).

So, yeah. Just keep that in your mind as you try to sleep.

Just imagine Ryan Reynolds explaining the "Big Bang Hypothesis" at the start of every episode.

Mmm idk, it would be kinda jarring to me. Can he do a good accent? I've always thought of Discworld as the quintessence of British humour, and I feel like Ryan Reynolds would be too American/Canadian for that.

      That's a fair point.

Someone with that essence of humor.

      Oooh, what about David Tennant?

  14. "hello, Fr," the scholar said, picking up more scrolls and placing them on the table. "We're in the Happy Inquisitor, a restaurant in Urithiru. No idea how a horneater knows about inquisitors, however..."
  15. "Someone who would like a good beer, though I'd be fine with one of the drinks Rosharans try to sell as wines..." He shook his head. "You can call me Levin."
