I think Frustration’s is actually somewhat closer to the truth. For example, Harry Potter is set in our world, but it would be considered mostly high fantasy since the setting is usually Hogwarts and other magical places.
No. Harry Potter had lots of worldbuilding - the science bits are just examples of that. Plus, I’ll still enjoy a book with less worldbuilding - it just has to be faster-paced.
