  1. The rules pretty explicitly say that only one charge can be passed at a time.
  2. I take at least partial blame for the chaos of that game, but you were extremely convincing and it was pretty scary.
  3. That was a joking referencing Kas's blackout a while back. Me and Aman were Goalkeepers (not the soccer kind though), and he made up this elaborate lie about there being a soccer theme, which I backed up for funzies. At separate times, he claimed to be a Referee, Captain, then truthfully Goalkeeper while I claimed roleless, Striker, and then truthfully Goalkeeper as well. It was pretty fun, I recommend reading it if you want a laugh at our shannonigans and misery. Reading QF60? It's my best example of Mat being an absolute beast of an elim. Traditionally elims receive their docs in their GMPMs, which are sent out after sign-ups close but before c1 is posted. So not really.
  4. Bold mine. I'm not lazy, I've read the rules several times and have been keeping up, just not much I can work up the energy to talk about. Bold mine again. I did? When did I do that?
  5. This is often tried. It's inconsistent since people don't like being told what to do, it's kinda in bad faith, and the elims can just choose not to kill.
  6. >:(. Y u no like me Alright, for real this time, I should be more active from here on. Should have a good bit more time to do stuff. But I said that before, so we'll see.
  7. Welcome to the club. You get used to it after the fourth or fifth game.
  8. Hi, I'm here. Not super liking Aeoryi right now, but I think this is probably just how they are. Otherwise, don't really have any other thoughts. I guess I like Mat, he feels like he's in his v!meta. But that's about it.
  9. Well I didn't know that I would be when signing up . I'd probably be a good bit more active if a certain RP thing hadn't popped up.
  10. Yeah, I'm just pretty excited for that one topic, and a little bit bored of yet another blackout game. I should pick up a bit more steam soon.
  11. Most of those RPs had decently extensive worldbuilding discussions. At least I think that's what it means. I wasn't in any of them.
  12. I would also like to be put in the PM. I guess I can give one more roleplay a try.
  13. ... ... Elephentum.
  14. Hmmm. I might be interested in this. Maybe everyone has two (not really but you'll understand in a second) powers. So a red/green has one red power and one green, like if it's red you light the thing on fire, if it's green you heal the thing. But you can't tell the difference, so it's a 50/50 whether you kill it or heal it.
  15. Well, the Mage abilities do lean more in the villages favor. A vote manip is pro-elim, but a roleblock and a protect (a full faction protect especially) are pretty pro village. Why? Do you know something extra, or do you just find it more fun?
  16. *smiles wide* Too wide *a Cheshire Cat with a name tag reading "Aman" leers* I'm the Goalkeeper. Or the Striker, or the Captain. I'm not picky. You?
  17. I'll play as Danji, a coinshot who is so dirt poor that he doesn't even have the coins to shoot. Unfortunately, he's also ain't telligent 'nough to use nails instead, so he's basically powerless.
  18. I've only read three of his so far, the Graveyard Book (I think, it was a while ago, the one with the kid who lived in a graveyard), Good Omens (though that was co-authored, but it still counts), and now this. I remember not being too impressed by the Graveyard Book, but I liked Good Omens even if it was hindered by me reading it in audio book form. The show redeemed every aspect I didn't like for that one. I will definitely be reading more from him, but he's written so many genres that I'm not necessarily a fan of that I'm being kinda pick and choosy on which ones. The thing that got me to pick it up was Intentionally Blank actually. They were discussing "the Great American Novel," and had a laugh when a book by a Brit entered their list. I had also heard it called a modern classic, so I figured I might as well read it. Definitely glad I did. Yeah, they don't tend to be my thing though. I only appreciate prose in audio form due to how I read, so while I love KKC, I can never really appreciate Pat's admittedly magnificent prose. I'm also looking forward to the novella, mostly because it's a sign to me that Pat is doing something.
  19. Quit on Clash of Kings, and I've started Red Rising 3, Morningstar. It is validating my decision with its sheer fun amazingness. I also finished American Gods by Neil Gaiman, and it was an absolute delight. It deserves all the praise I hear it get, and it's consideration as a near modern classic is deserved. I highly recommend it. Now just to start on A Slow Regard of Silent Things by Patrick Rothfuss. I tried to read it in e-book form, but the pictures were glitchy so I stopped. I hope I can finish it this time.
  20. You know what, I'll sign up as Cain Abbel, a man that wants nothing more than to escape a mistake he made in his youth.
  21. I'm pretty sure Brandon had already confirmed this in WoBs before TSM was released.
  22. I'll also back option A, sounds like a fun simple game.
  23. Ooooh. Good quote. I think that does align more with my original thoughts, as I doubt he would reference anything other than the chase as his exile.
