I've had a new Syrian hamster for almost a month now, and she finally likes me. She'll go onto my hand now (for food of course).

Emily quietly slipped into the group gathered around the fire. She was just going out for a stroll, but curiosity won over when she heard the stranger talking about how a growl came from a cave. She didn't hear the beginning of the story though, so she wasn't sure how much of the story would make sense to her.

"But what about Minuet? Where is she going?"

Cara followed the librarian and scholar. "Where are we going?" Why do I even bother to ask? What makes me think anyone would tell me where we're going? No one even bothered to tell me we were chasing after a dragon because of a dumb prophecy.

"You must have a preference, though. Like, do you prefer bright colors, light colors, or dark colors? Things like that. Also, it is a very important question because your favorite color can reveal a lot about their personality."

Daisy followed nervously.

"Cool! What's your favorite color?"

Cara sighed in relief. She really didn't want to be eaten. Realizing that she didn't know the person who spoke, Cara turns to the other person. "Hi! I'm Cara. What's your name?"

"Um...yeah..." Daisy said. Whatever, we're just gonna go with that. "The moon is purple."

"Cherries are gross little red berries. Anyways, um...We can...argue about the moon."

"It depends. People argue about lots of things. I don't typically argue a lot. Once, I got into an argument with my friend about whether or not cherries tasted good."

"You can practice with me! What do you want to try arguing about?"

"You would be great at it."

Cara ran back up the stairs and back into the library. "Ara! Gal! I found a safe place for everyone to go. We need to get the others." She said, panting. @Trutharchivist @JesterLavorre

Cara ran out of the tower and called, "Felicity!" She spotted her horse a little ways away rearing up and neighing in fright. Running up to Felicity, Cara said, "Hey, Felicity, sshh...it's alright." Felicity calmed down a little and plopped down on all fours again. "Hey, look at me. Everything is going to be okay." Cara stroked Felicity's mane soothingly. That guy said something about dungeons being safe? I need to get Felicity there, but will she fit in the tower? Cara decided it was worth trying. Grabbing the reins, Cara walked Felicity into the tower. She quickly found the dungeons and tied Felicity in. "I'll be right back" Cara whispered to her horse. "I have to go get the others."

Cara yelped. "A dragon?! Here?! Now?!" "Where would we evacuate, too? How do we get past a freaking dragon?!" "Minuet and The Shadow are on the roof fighting a dragon?!" Cara was totally freaking out. A freaking dragon was trying to murder everyone? Oh, no, this was bad. She thought of her horse being torn to pieces by the dragon. Overwhelmed, Cara ran out of the library to find Felicity.

Daisy blinked, "I guess...I mean I've never been alive for that long, so I wouldn't really know."

"So let me get this straight. You've been alive for a long time and you never had a name until now?"

Daisy cocked her head, "What's your name?"

"Hmm? Oh, magic? That's cool." Cara plopped down next to Ara. "Continue with your magic experiments." Cara fidgeted a little in excitement. She loved watching cool magic stuff happen.
