The audacity of some Epics. To walk into his office and pretend that they own this place? Who do they think they are? And then use their powers to try to make him uncomfortable? Fish considers if it's worth damaging his office to be able to kill this annoyance of an Epic. It's a good thing for Ignis that Fish has more patience than usual today.
