Welcome to the Shard! I recommend reading Mistborn or warbreaker next. There are Cosmere reading guides on YouTube that you may find helpful, they're pretty easy to find but I can send links if you want.

Jahora stopped flapping his notebook around and stammered "B....but it was lying in the middle of the floor, kinda hard to miss. Not to mention the fact that it had moved from its rightful position on the desk. Whether or not you pottered around, you would have seen this notebook." He looked at her and mirrored her skeptical expression. He rubbed his tired eyes, not believing Rose, not wanting to believe Rose. If she hadn't fiddled with his book, then it must have been someone else. Had Rose genuinely not seen the notebook on the floor, or had snuck in after Rose fell asleep, but before he had come in; Maybe Keiran or Kess. Could that person still be in the room Gosh, I'm jumping at shadows, I must of slept worse than I thought.

Yes, I'm basically nocturnal at the moment, but that will change on Friday because school starts. TPBM has friends...

Jahora recoiled further at Rose's snapping and immediately focused on calming himself down, "No, it's okay; it was dark and we were all exhausted. But, if you don't mind me asking, how long were you pottering around in here before you laid down" He said, waving his notebook meaningfully in front of him.

"Hmmm, I guess you do have pits to be jealous of. Anyway, I don't want to be Belgarath, he's ancient, even older than you!" He laughed easily, enjoying the conversation. "At least David knows that he's an antagonist."

Jahora jumped back in shock and raised his hands defensively "Huh, what? This is my room! You know, filled with my stuff." He said gesturing profusely at his possessions. "Yes, I have been here all night. I came an hour or so after you and didn't want to wake you, so I just let you sleep." From his new position in the room, he could see Rose's face more clearly and noticed the slight redness to her eyes "Are you all right? What's wrong? Oh gosh, I hope I haven't upset you."
-
Jahora's eyes snapped open as rustling sounds brought him out of his light slumber. He squinted in the morning light and stood up to stretch, groaning slightly at his stiff muscles' protests. With some of his senses still waking up, he spun around to open the curtains and saw Rose sitting in the glare of the morning sun with her long auburn hair hanging loose around her. He looked at the notebook that was still in his hands, remembering that he'd have to find out what Rose had been doing with it the night before. "Good morning." he said 'did you sleep okay?"

"Exactly! It's absolute rubbish that Kell thinks is worthy of a novella." said Silk.

"True, true, but that does not discount the fact that fluffing around in deity brains isn't gross."

I can confirm that that song does not go well with movement 6 of Verdi's Requiem. I was too lazy to turn of my spotify while listening to the cat song. I have a friend who had 6 cats. Then one cat had kittens. Now I don't know how many cats she has.
-
"Bah, stop filling their minds with all that rubbish. I doubt anyone has ever performed CPR on you" He turned to the twins "Kell just decided that instead of dying, he'd rather jump in a swimming pool. Kell likes to make that particular decision more sound more epic than it actually was; it's really not worth thinking about too much."

I've been told that it's the only John Green book I should ever read. So my expectations are high.

To get her to eat her dinner, I had to stand beside her food bowl and point at her food then stay in the room with her until she remembered how much she loves food.
-
I've been recommended this books so many times. I'm going to borrow it from the school library on Friday. Yay.
-
I'm really tired, I'm bad a getting to sleep. But other than that, I'm mostly good.
-
My cat was being such a clown last night. Usually she loves food, but instead of eating when I fed her, she just followed me around all night telling me to feed her. It was unbelievable
-
starts spamming YESS, we can. I believe in us! anyways, how are you guys?
-
Will do . Yay
-
Okie! I'll join sometime today.
-
Yeah, I've also been trying to finish the Throne of Glass series, but it takes me a while to read through the books because I don't enjoy them as much as the other books I'm reading. I have a bad habit of reading multiple books at once making it easy for me to forget about books I'm not invested in.

Nice. I've read a few Holly Black books, but I'm discovering that I'm enjoying middle grade fantasy less and less as I get older which is a little sad. I've had The Queen of Nothing on my TBR pretty much since it was released, but I've never brought myself around to actually reading it.
-
Should I actually? How far back would I have to read if I were to join?
