  1. Kiss TLR, Marry Sadeas( cause at least he seems to care 4 his family in his own weird cruel way) and Kill Miles(or at least try it) Since we seem to be on the villain edition: KMK Rayse, Moash, Taravangain.
  2. What just doesn't seem to add up For me with this void fabrials is that if it were to function similar to those metals then Kaladin would've been drained of his Stormlight. Instead he kept it, but was unable to use it, and also couldn't summon Syl. Actually know I'm starting to second Guess myself. Aluminium/D/C/N eliminate the allomancer's reserve of metals but that isn't the actual investidure that fuels allomancy( Preservation is) rather is the key to use that investidure. So probably the voidfabrial does the same, let's u keep the investidure ( in this Chase the stormlight) but takes away the "key" that allows u to use it. What I'm still not seeing clearly is why he couldn't summon Sylblade, had he also lost the necessary "key" to transform Syl's investidure into the physical blade? Can't wait For Navani to get her hands in the fabrials, although she won't be making any allomancy comparations , so on those we are on our own
  3. So, counting 4 godmetals( atium, lerasium, trellium and harmonium) and adding the 16 basic metals and their alloys to those 4 I'm getting 94 metals. If I assume alloys of godmetals are allomantically active and can be alloyed to the basic 16 as well then the total amount goes up to 170. And I'm steel thinking godmetals from other shards could be allomantically active; if that were the Chase we get 2601 different types of metals( assuming Trell is one of the 16 shards) That is steel considering only two godmetals can be alloyed, if three or more can then I don't even wanna considered the amount of possibilities. That is too crazy. I know Sanderson is a worldbuilding Genius but I doubt Even he knows what this thousands of metals do, probably not Even the first 170 I mentioned. I do hope that we do get to know more about the 94 that come from alloys with the most Scadrial invested godmetals in future eras. Anyway, really excited For the future of Mistborn!!!
  4. OMG, just read the Chapter 7 epigraph and literally screamed of emotion. Everybody araound me looked at me like I was crazy. To everybody saying that there was going to be some relation between allomancy and the metals used on the fabrials I'm starting to think u where Right! Zinc and brass allowing to control expression streanght! if u can't see the analogy to allomancy u r trying to miss it. Now I'm extra excited yo read what other kind of metals are used and what effect this has on the spren. This actually is starting to make lots of sense to me: the same way the metals burned by a misting serve as a hey to tell the investidure coming from Preservation what to do, the metals in a fabrial tell the spren what to do with the investidure coming from the stormlight. So cool.

  6. I understand your scepticism if Adolin were the first person with some iriali blood to manifest Returned traits like changing the color of his hair; but we need yo remember that we've been shown very little of Iris nobility and it is still possible For them to have this traits as inheritence from a nalthian Returned ancester. Also if it turns out that he is the first One to manifest those traits in Roshar there Might be a pretty good explanation. If we assume the rainbow on the cover is his biochtomantic aura he Might be the first Rosharan with iriali blood to receive multiple breaths and reah a high Heightening if not ever at least in a very long time; hence activating his royal locks. Also, I've been thinking about it and it's not a long stretch to assume that traveling through Shademar Adolin and Shallan Might run into Vivenna/Azure and add her to their quest. So I'm calling it that our beloved Vivenna is going to die ( I really wish not) or end up in some sort of situation where she thinks the only way out is give Adolin her sword and breaths; explaining the sword and aura that we see on the cover. If this is the Chase I'm sort of hoping For a Vasher/Zahel annoingly teaching Adolin how to awaken moment. Last, I have another theory to explain the sword; but this One is sort of tinhattish. Last we Saw Vivenna/Azure she was travelling with the honorspren, who seemed quite interested by the Nature of her sword( logical, since it is a shardblade that didn't require For a Death spren ir a bonded one) and the way I reacall it they offered her Safe passage through Shademar or to Lasting Integrity( I don't quite remember) in exchange For information on how the sword was created. What if the honorspren found a way to create a shardblade awakening ir with Strormlight. I know it seems really odd but if I remember correctly there is a WoB where he confirmed Vasher/Zahel has been staying alive feeding Strormlight to his Divine breath, but that despict his several efforts he hasn't found a way to awaken using Strormlight. The way he phrased this makes me think that it's actually not impossible to awaken using Strormlight. Hard but not impossible, so Adolin's sword on the cover Might actually be a Type IV BCE, but One that has been created with Strormlight. This would kind of close The circle because originally Vasher and Shashara created Nightblood inspired by Roshar's shardblades. I don't actually think this is very likely but just came to My mind and want it to share it. Most of all I'm fascinated bout how much information and theories we've squeezed out of this cover, I hope some of it turns out to be true when we actually read the book on November.
  7. Well, Nergaoul has been on Alethkar For a very long time and while most alethi feel the Thrill on battle it's been said that it's a pretty prívate thing; so I'm guessing that if not the only Dalinar Is One of the few humans to ever walk up to Nergaoul and thank him For giving him streanght when he needed it.
  8. So if Lift in fact is influenced by some form of Cultivation magic other than just a Boon/curse; could there be some sort of resonance between her surges and this, and if there could do you think we've been dropped any hint of that. PS: the more I think bout it, the more I love Cosmere.
  9. Kiss Wax, Marry Marasi and Kill Wayne ( sorry but I'm not letting u free on My house and I'll rather Kiss Wax cause well he's Wax) KMK: Kaladin, Shallan and Adolin.
  10. Get Nergaoul chasing him cause he's the only human who has shown gratitud For the Thrill ever. Insert an untapped nicrosil coin filled with the investiture of a random Nightwatcher's Boon and curse
  11. I think I remember a WoB where he explained that if a twinborn were to hold the bands of mourning he wouldn't loose his previous resonance( I don't know if that's because the bands are technichally a temporal ability or because resonance can't be loss) I actually remember that WoB said that a new resonance could actually be created between the bands and the users original abilities. So if I had to Guess I would say that a Knight Radiants with a Boon/curse wouldn't loose his/her resonance but I would also find it very strange if a new resonance between the surges and the Boon were to ocurr. This of course raises a very interesting question on the subject of Lyft because her boon/curse granted by Cultivation has been stated to make her almost an impossible. I, for one, have always thought that there was more to it than a regular Boon/curse and she clearly uses it a Lot; so could we be seeing some sort of interaction between her surges and the abilities granted to her by Cultivation, maybe Even a resonance.
  12. Granted, but every time you Go online you feel like a lerasium mistborn burning duralumin and brass is dampening your emotions. I wish I became the new spren in charge with granting the banes and curses in behalf of Cultivation instead of you Nightwatcher.
  13. You receive a book with knowledge to answer any question you could possibly ask yourself in an infinite amount of lifetimes but it's content it's a extremely long number sequence your human brain is uncapable of ever understanding. I wish to have a very intense spiritual connection to any form physical or spiritual of Adonalsium that may still exist.
  14. Ever since I read this I can't get out of my head the image of all the main characters doing some sort of breefing( that Rysn it's participating on For some reason) and suddenly brave and serious Zahel walks in just to leave terroriced screaming "hey that devil creature away from me" looking at Chiri-Chiri. Imagine the surprise and confussion in everyones's faces lol
  15. Hi! I'm new to the Shard and asking this question because I find resonance One of the most fascinating investiture related Phenomena in the Cosmere. I feel like we're still know very little about how resonance works wether it's on the Knight Radiants from Roshar, the twinborns from Scadrial or other mix of investiture that exist on the Cosmere, so I ask you to share what you have deduced regarting this subject from reading the books, from Words of Brandon or feel free to speculate about it. So far I think that the Windrunners resonance allows them to have more squires than any other order and that Shallan's memories somehow relate to lightweaver resonance, but this strickes me as sort of random and I see no conection between this powers and the combination of surges that generated them. Maybe there isn't but Brandon usually puts so much sought to this kind oficina things that I wonder if there isn't more to it. What do you think? Also I'm not very clear if Waxillium's steel bubble is exclusive to him as a crasher or if other coinshots could do it. I think when it comes to twinborns we kwow even less about there resonances. Would love to hear your opinions on the matter.
