I too went for Chalk... swing and a miss there. Although that means Connie had two chalk, which might tell us something? Idk. Not very much discussion around it. I wouldn't be that surprised if the Elims did a bus, although why escapes me entirely.

Poller tapped bronze. "Did I... just..." he mumbled, eyes fluttering. Someone had given him his staff back. That was good. Aln and Folorian didn't seem that worried, but he did get a "Sorry, I... I don't even know. That's just something I do. Narcolepsy. Bronze helps, but it doesn't really solve the actual problem." He pointedly didn't mention what he'd said, and instead fumbled in his pocket for a ring. "Usually I have more bronze but I wasn't expecting that... reaction. Dropped it... this is all really obvious, isn't it... nevermind." He tried to catch the tail end of whatever they had said. "Whatever happened to me... that was in the Seven Day War. I was almost a kid then. But... rust it, I can't just live knowing that I... that I... saw that." That I saw myself... "I'm in. I say we just go to the Eindalung. Check me in for a memory trigger or for a fainting spell that wasn't stopped by Progression, that's true enough. Then you can have a look around." "I... I can't ignore this anymore." And Poller knew, somehow, that he'd said that before.

Oooooh. I wonder if Odium purposefully didn't free Mishram in order to keep... whatever the heck happened when Mishram got captured from undoing itself.

Huh. Do we know it's an Unmade we haven't found yet? I remember reading that (or something similar) but I thought it was just the Thrill. ... I guess the Thrill was in the Shattered Plains while Nan Balat was in Jah Keved. So who knows.

... I had a thought here, and then I just realized I can use "RP Reasons" like everyone used "PM Reasons" xD It might work. Depends how many items the people who get it get.

Shadowblaze (Passive, Night, Valuable x2): If held by a Rithmatist, gives the camp one additional Defense each night. If held by a Forgotten, lowers the camp's Defense by one. If the player holding the Shadowblaze dies, it is removed from the game. Nope. Shadowblaze be special. (Hopefully I beat Kas too it...) No, he posted! Oh wait that was something else. I did it! Edit: ...

The Shard ate my post... Main problem with the plan is that the Elims can just murder whoever has the Shadowblaze and then it's gone forever. And Revocation won't always work because it picks a random item. And I may just Revoke the Shadowblaze and then hold it until I die. Also, I think Araris claimed he threw a bucket. So if he also drew Warding, there's Number 6. Edit: No, Ash, no it's not.

"We're just crazy," Poller said. "I don't think I made this up. It's too... horrible. Either we're right about this, or someone's doing this to us." He tried very hard not to shoot a glance at Folorian, who was mostly standing still again. "I... feel like I should know people. But I think most of them are dead or gone. Cassie can fight, but she's... well, she's not frail, but she can't heal like Radiants can. Neither can I, but I have my- neither can I," he stuttered. He'd reached for his staff. Strange. "I feel like this probably isn't the best thing to post a notice about, either. Maybe we could get some of TUBA to help us out. Or we could just go. If they knew we were planning to go, I don't think we would get far with or without help. I don't think any Radiant can stand for long against a-" "A-" "A-" His blood ran cold. "Shoggoth." He collapsed, dropping his staff, which rolled under the table. The sleeppiece was still on top of the table. No bronze. He hadn't had time to grab an earing. Well, we have a reason to go to the hospital now... And he blacked out. @mathiau

The wall held, redirecting the burst around Cassie and the others. Depending on what it did to the rest of the building they might be trapped down here, but they had a Soulcaster, a Willshaper, and a Shardblade between them. They could figure something out. But Cassie vibrated. It was an odd sensation, an unusual conundrum from her increasingly rigid body. Rusting savantism would get her killed one of these days. "I'm... alright," she said, trying to make out the questions. One of her ears had been against the ground, and the imbalance made her sense of perception... odd. "I don't think those were the initial bombers. It was Lord's men who attacked me initially, and I doubt they bombed their own building." She shook her head. "We might have just messed with a turf war or something... we should probably get going. Someone may have heard that blast, and I'd rather not be down here if Lord or the bombers come looking for what blew up." That, at least, was the truth.
-
Cassie ran for Zaria's makeshift barricade, flaring iron. An amalgam of metal objects rushed behind her - save for the knives the two bombers had dropped, she didn't want to Ironpull anything near them - but Cassie was more worried about getting behind the wall itself. Surviving the concussive force only to get crushed by her own shield would fit a strange sense of irony. She dove behind the barricade of stone, letting the metal fall behind her. Then she Soulcast, watching the metal sag into mercury, then rise to her Pull into a wall she turned to steel. Then, finally, she fell to the ground, exhausted, arm burning. She knew that feeling. She'd overextended herself. Beep... Beep... But that was the least of her worries. BOOM!

I'm impressed I managed to fail to acknowledge your post while simultaneously giving an incorrect argument in a direct-quote-response of your post: True. I don't know what Alv did N1; I'd have to go back and look. But he also used his Map the turn we needed it, because last turn there were zero Maps in the supply because Unknown Order, Random Bystander, and Alv had all grabbed them. There's one there now because Alv triggered his Map this turn and it refilled with another one. And if we do this and they have it, we can do absolutely nothing about it. Then we have to worry about our defense being cut short and Archer being compromised, or worry about getting defense vs using crabs to find the Shadowblaze again. Unless someone started with the Revocation Specialty, I'm the only one who can steal items that isn't the Thief. Normal Revocation would just put it back in the pool again. If we know who has the Shadowblaze, we can either clear someone or find an Elim, or force the Elims to waste chalk disguising themselves. Edit: Also, Making scan is... target scan? I don't think that helps find the Shadowblaze?

Using Maps during the day is a bad idea. We want to be able to know who grabs the power items they can drop, even disregarding my Shadowblaze obsession. If we use them during the day, any items they drop will just be grabbed at night by who-knows-who. That, and... we already had 4 Defense claims last night? We didn't need the extra Warding. Not as bad as we needed items. Well, it's done, I suppose.

Something more important than fixing the fact we were almost out of items? Why did you grab the map if you had something else already planned out?
