I’ll probably move to Elan around EoD if nothing changes but I guess the only thing I have against JNV is the people voting them

You said it was all the posts from Stick, but you missed the one where Stick voted me and kept that vote there through the whole turn, even when the VC never consolidated. And if you’re arguing that I’m e/e with Stick, that’s a key thing you missed

Ngl when you said you were 90% confident he was elim I was expecting something a little more… concrete, I guess? Like it makes sense but it also reminds me of Illwei’s xino clear in that I don’t necessarily find that as convincing as you do. A lot of your Araris case is circumstantial, but it’s enough of a case that I’m not against him dying. I think I’ll go back to Illwei though, I feel better there than on xino. My xino vote felt useless. I’m aware this looks like me trying to ensure that Araris doesn’t die or something but I’d switch back regardless :P.

I don’t read you village for reading rules, never have. I argued that it was NAI on D1. I read you village for the time you’re taking to point out how weird it is for people to v read you (this isn’t sheeping Archer, I mentioned it D1), and for tone in general. All those things I’ve said before, I think. Me not agreeing with your reasoning doesn’t equate to me not understanding it— it is straightforward, I just don’t think it’s elim indicative.

I wasn’t going to mention how I strongly gut read that Archer post as village but maybe I should :P. Edit: And I don’t agree with Steel’s reasoning, either

I’m village reading Steel but not because of checking the thread for rules If anything that xino post makes me more ok with my vote. I think a lot of that comes from his JNV vote, despite JNV being in my bottom four all these votes don’t sit easy with me and I don’t think xino’s remark about how convincing Elan’s point is feels real. I got a similar vibe to the paragraph talking about me- xino, did you ever explain why I’m in the bad bucket? Archer continues to make good points against Araris. I still won’t vote there but I no longer can say I’d be surprised if he flips elim

Archer, just let me live with my v!Araris read in peace I'm good with sparing Illwei today, and though I'm fine with Elandera as an option I'll vote xino for the sake of more than one train. Don't feel comfortable jumping on JNV rn. I would like to hear reasons from the people voting Elan, cause idk if I could come up with anything substantial at this point :P. I'm less confident in xino after Illwei's points, tbh, which is weird because idk how I should consider an elim read talking me out of an elim read. I probably won't end up on xino but we'll see.

Leaving it just at the "what" would make me real nervous as an elim though Like if I post just that, now I need to go fill it in otherwise it's just an empty post Idk, feel a little like I'm playing devil's advocate rn and I probably should go study for my last final exam of the year so

I guess I don't see why Stick (or anyone) as elim would bother doing it if it's v/v, either, unless it was just a habitual response to seeing something incorrect which can happen regardless of anyone's alignment. I see what you mean, but I don't give it as much credit as you do.

I had a village (light village) read on Striker coming out of D1, tbf :P. But we don't talk about some other games. I think that point for v!xino doesn't mean all that much, honestly. Nothing about that interaction with xino/Stick specifically I find not e/e, I feel like Stick would have made a similar correction regardless of who you mixed up. The question on whether your interaction with Stick is e/e right there, though, is a better one.

Wrote this post [Edit: the first half of it, at least] a few hours ago. And then apparently didn't post it :D. Reread Notes: On JNV, they light-defended Stick after I voted her (a vote I cast for incorrect reasons, so it's very possible they just understood Stick better than I did) but coupled with the already eh feeling I had about that post I'm more inclined to find this more suspicious than not. I like Archer's point about them, though. I love the irony of Stick saying how statistically the freelance kill is more likely to hit a villager :P. Never tell Alvron the odds. I'm tempted to read Stick/Steel interactions as e/e (Stick read Steel village, and asked me what my read of Steel was) but I'm reading Steel as village right now so idk. Now I'm talking myself into a Stick/Illwei/xino team xino put Stick in the bad bucket but that was his only mention of her. (Reads as distancing, with the flaw in this reasoning being the other people in the bad bucket that got no mention). Had Illwei in village (again, alongside a lot of others). I don't think e!xino would be against killing Striker though. Illwei said she was going to join the Stick vote (never did) despite later putting Stick as village, and said she was most comfortable voting xino, yet voted TUN. Reads as distancing and not actually wanting to vote a teammate, respectively. Case is a work in progress. Depends how the rest of the game goes, obviously :P. xino/Illwei don't have to be e/e to just be e, I think, but I don't want to get stuck on two targets until both of them die. Updated reads below, @ me for questions about any of the placements. Alv Steel, Araris Ash, Archer JNV Elan, Illwei, xino I'll join Archer in voting Illwei, to start. Edit2: I might like that post from Illwei enough to switch to xino

If we get another claim, we likely have an elim out of Alv and whoever, but that’s unlikely so I’m happy clearing Alv. I too would have guessed it was him anyway

I'd argue that multiple people claiming is the best case scenario :P. But that's fairly unlikely.

...Spiked Full Feruchemist is a good kill. A very good kill. Nicely done, whoever that was. And Brute is apparently the role that gets you death in this game, which is too bad :P. Is there any good reason not to have the person who shot Stick just claim it? A conf village would be nice, but it also would be a nice shot for the elims and I don't want to doom anyone just because they have good instincts. Probably should go back and reread D1, now that I have an elim flip I should be more useful in analysis :P.

I quote when I voted for Steel to start discussion and you were like “yep that started a lot of discussion” It would seem that voting for discussion or reaction tests doesn’t work all that well

I swear I posted on this thread. Whoops. Illwei might have been village reading TUN but either way voting a village read isn’t great. I feel like it’s… not elim? At least I don’t read her post today as elim. I feel like yesterday mostly had pressure on villagers since the exe never consolidated. It doesn’t appear that the elims (or anyone) cared too much about the result.

Piano Guys Club(music group)
Mat replied to The Wandering Wizard's topic in Social Groups, Clans, & Guilds
The Piano Guys are awesome! I've played piano for nine years, and All of Me is probably my favorite thing to play. I learned it about two years ago and I've literally played it hundreds of times. Waterfall is also really fun, and Perfect and Million Dreams are both good arrangements. I have the piano sheet music book for the album Limitless and have played through the ones where the cello isn't the melody (These include North Cape, First Dance, the others I mentioned, probably one I'm forgetting). Outside of the piano guys, I really like playing covers of songs in general, specifically from movies. There are some really talented people on YT that I usually buy sheet music from (Favorites: Francesco Parrino, Samuel Ramos, Kyle Landry, Magnus Baumgartl, Patrik Pietschmann). I'd definitely recommend you check them out, if not to play then just to listen to. But also to play. Classical style, Chopin is far and away my favorite. I haven't played much Rachmaninoff but I've liked what I have played. I could do without Bach as a general rule. I appreciate it, but... too technical for me :P. That's just the surface, I could talk about piano forever xD It's basically my favorite thing, ever. More so than the cosmere, easily. -
Striker can get mentioned in the liked section for when he said we shouldn’t talk about fillcons Archer shouldn’t be a candidate today. He dies early a lot.

Reread time! I feel like I finally understand the thread for the first time today. Trying a new format, because it's a goal of mine to use a different one every time >> Liked/didn't like should equate to village/not, but I make no promises :P. Pg 1: Pg 2: Pg 3: Pg 4: Araris, Steel Alv, Stick Striker, xino Archer, Illwei, JNV, TUN Ash, Elan Interesting how that's the read list I ended up with. Am I allowed to say that I didn't expect that going into my reread? :P. Ashbringer, though I don't like it. Idk if there's a vote that I would. I wish the trains were just finite at this point, I don't even necessarily care who they are on xD

Oh. Yikes. Steel To drive discussion, stick with my initial RNG, refute the people v reading him, and because he probably has the most discussion about him out of the candidates which is funny :P.
