There’s a difference between Bavadin and Autonomy. The former having the Autonomous wincon and the latter just being a role. I think. Actually, I’m not sure :P.

I think it's more that my recent elim games have coincided with when I've been most busy (like, literally ever :D), and that you have the connection backwards. I'm not worried about being e!read for low activity, as that's never been my elim playstyle, so there'd be no reason to defend against it, and honestly I think if I had been village in those recent e!games I would have posted the same stuff regarding my activity. Besides, in this case, e!me posting that after reading your previous statement would be weird :P.

I agree with this, but more for the meta reason that I don't think e!Szeth or e!Alpha would convert the other first. I don't think they have enough of a player-to-player relationship to be current teammates. That being said, I don't think we can count on this sort of meta as players will do what they do and I myself converted Shining in his second game. Granted, we were a Warder-Aes Sedai pair in his first. I think I agree with the e!Alpha read, though. Feeling pretty good about Szeth. I'm kinda eh on releasing Shards, they seem complicated and messy, and in a game where we'll already lose members to conversion, Intent Conversion isn't something I want to deal with. Do note that if I happened to acquire a Shard I liked, I don't know if I would shy away from IC, so I'm kind of a hypocrite in saying this But for right now, the easiest path to victory I see involves more contained Shards than released ones. I'm still pretty busy, so the activity levels you've seen from me will remain as such. Just a PSA if anyone cares :P.

I don't know if I agree on the perspective slip here as Fadran's PoV seems to be treating the setup as a true faction game, as I'm inclined to, and to me his comment seemed deliberately hypothetical.

As promised (if albeit a bit later than promised...) Reasons I voted DeTess, which I just had to remind myself of: I don't like a few things in her first post (namely, asking to be contacted by Ruin and the reasons behind her saying she'd vote me). I also don't love her Archer read as it feels like she's just drawing on the most recent thing as a way to get reads, but I'm more okay with that as DeTess is returning and so only has so much meta to draw on, and doesn't really know Archer's meta anyway. That's pretty much it I could argue that her engagement thusfar matches better with her recent e game than her recent v game, but eh I wonder how possible it is for Alpha to have converted Drake, and then staged this as a way to 'clear' Alpha from having converted. * * * He found a room. It was unoccupied, too, which was a bonus. Brockett would have kicked out some low-blow researcher had no dorms been available, but he was relieved it wouldn't come to that. It would have been... annoying. He sighed, sitting down on the plush mattress. Would have been annoying. What had come of him? There had been a time when he was kind, when he wasn't tied down by unseen cords. Freed by Ruin, of all things. And now Ruin was free. Brockett really didn't know what to think about that. Didn't know whether to seek after his old friend, or stay as far away as possible. The Shard was more dangerous than people realized. If the Vessel wasn't in control, well... they could destroy worlds. They can destroy worlds while in control, too, Brockett thought. Remembering that day, Roshar's last. Maybe the cosmere had tried to forget, attempted to rebuild by fixing up Ashyn and pretending it was really a new Roshar-- all the way down to the renaming of the planet-- but Brockett wasn't afraid to admit the truth. What had happened was too real to do otherwise. And the reality of it scared him. Time to get to work.

We’re literally all researchers so that’s kind of a moot point I guess Hoid/Khriss aren’t but they can easily fake what you just claimed Knowing Drake has that charge isn’t extremely useful either afaik Also how the actual heck have you not died yet loool clearly we need to rectify this

Can concur with v!TKN after being thoroughly argued with and shown that my initial reasons to e!lean don’t apply. Also v leaning Archer though there’s a chance my brain was pocketed without me noticing :P. I’ll vote DeTess for a few reasons but I don’t remember what they are! Found a sticky note on my braindesk reminding me to do that though. Further explanation, and an appearance by Sir Arren Brockett, to come in a few hours.

I think the difference lies more in that they want to kill each other as much as us. Like I've seen most people treating this as a village/elims game when it's actually a faction game. But fair enough.

TL;DR is that the elims were me, Alpha, Archer, and Aman; Archer and Aman immediately got found and killed leaving an extremely uphill climb for Alpha and I. We won the game, mainly due to a complete village collapse but also aided by multiple bouts of insanely lucky RNG.

I care, I just happened to be in a position during LG94 where inactivity was beneficial, even if I didn't necessarily feel super good about it. I'm not very good at pushing the issue anyway, though, even though it does irk me, and I think at this point this isn't the conversation for the thread. At this point I'm used to it. Obviously I felt nothing in regards to joke votes during a night turn, and I saw no indication that they would carry over to today. Dunno what the heck Wiz is doing. I could say that there's a point where it's elim indicative to vote me D1 nonchalantly but I really don't think we've reached that point yet and I see Wiz's vote as a routine poke. I'll try to read some more of last turn and get some reads, but I don't think I'll be extremely active this game. TKN/TBB is probably my strongest elim read as I didn't like him lumping all the neutrals in one category when imo they're very very different from each other.

I don't think I actually accrued any suspicion. The votes on me were all just for the memes, at least as far as I'm aware :P. I too was distracted by TotK, but also just had a long day yesterday (finals) so I'm super behind on the thread reads and consensus things. What's the Archer train about? I skimmed the thread but have no clue lol Also did Turtle claim Ruin or am I crazy :P.

How is your ‘evil’ list defined? Cause all the factions have separate goals, and there’s not a general elim faction really

It does mean I don't have any thoughts on the mech discussion right now, but I am here. I don't know how present I'll be as I have a chem final today but it's N0 so that's fine I think. Love to see I'm as popular as ever though <3
