  1. Ha! Yes! Philico is in, hoping to snag Faleast’s kandra thunder as literally as possible. I was planning to pinch hit these next few games, but... yeah not missing a rerun of my first LG.
  2. He pulled back and stuck out his bottom lip, tilting his head down and shaking his head slowly back and forth in a way that clearly showed he was fine with the nickname. In certain scenarios.
  3. Craven shook his head, trusting Ayia could feel and detect the motion. He wasn’t ready for words yet.
  4. “Sure.” He forced the word out, then scooted over and stuck out his arms, unsure of what to do.
  5. “Yeah.” He said. “Yeah, yeah. “Yeah.” He asked again. “Did we win?”
  6. Craven listened to the sounds of battle, head down. While the others fought the bad guys, he fought with himself. He felt something inside, and was doing his best not to let the word surface. But with how thin the walls of his hiding place was, there was only so much he could take. Scared. Craven was scared. No. I’m not. But he was. How ever much he didn’t think it or say it aloud, he was. He had failed. Lived up to his name when he promised he wouldn’t. Craven had told himself he would fight, like his new friends. Show them he was no coward, that he could live up to what they were. But he had failed. Craven cried. After the sounds stopped, Craven uncurled from the ball he had rolled into and took his hands out of his ears. He dried his face, rubbing his eyes and sniffling. Making himself presentable. He heard talking outside, and it sounded calm. Craven wanted calm. He put a smile on his face, one that was forced. They wouldn’t tell, he told himself. They would. He hadn’t yet figured out how to conceal his emotions; he was young. He walked over, slow at first but quicker when he remembered to appear normal. Craven stopped next to Fadran. “Did we win?”
  7. *facepalm* Yeah I knew that I promise I’m keeping up :P.
  8. I swear I read your whole post, sorry :P. That clears TJ unless you’re e/e with him.
  9. Hmm... alright. Let me reword my question: Who did you try to block?
  10. Just that I was roleblocked. Why?
  11. Hey Experience who did you Brig? Yes, that's just a pressure vote. Edit: @DeTess the shortened cycle is fine with me.
  12. Happy Birthday!

  13. So TJs evil either way? :P.
  14. I’d agree with that, yeah. I was pretty undecided before (as evidenced by my complete ignoring of the whole thing) Quinn’s far ahead though and I rather like my vote so I’ll keep it.
  15. xD yeah that's a bad idea
  16. Ah. Fair enough. Didn't Illwei just caps lock not to claim .-. Ok I can confirm I was brigged, but I don't think I did anything. I'd have to check :P. If you use it on yourself, aren't you roleblocked? That's a paradox Idk. Experience. Or wait, does that make sense? You could still be elim... didn't ever block Quinn, which was the plan, right? Experience unless someone talks me out of it, as far as I can see this still works :P.
  17. What does that even mean? >.< So you're saying I should vote one of them? :P.
  18. Heck, I was thinking that if the redirect with the Spellbook had hit a villager- vonne wasn't suspected at all, and that would have been a massive swing in the ratio and very well could have changed the outcome of the game. Guess we'll never know But the Spellbook mechanic by itself isn't a bad thing, that one really was just bad luck.
  19. I don't think that's a good thing, personally :P. Maybe I'm biased though. You said most of the RNG comes into play when a player chooses to take a risk; actually that wasn't true- it only happened in the case of vonne's death. All the other times we were scanned or just narrowed down, which we had zero influence on. And I guess you could claim that taking the action to scan is RNG and a risk, except for that it's an action and like every single action in the game technically had a 'risk' of going insane, so you could just replace that with "as most of the RNG only comes into play when a player chooses to take an action." The point isn't just using the manip though, and the manip is most useful in the endgame. I don't think we needed a time-bomb in this game. Basically what Araris said; it's a fun mechanic on its own but coupled with everything else was a bit... much. I disagree here, if 4/4 elims get caught via mechanics I don't think a rerun would change anything there. Everyone would scan, all the elims would get caught like that, Danforth would be caught via insanity if they weren't already scanned. There wouldn't really be a difference. THAT being said, @Elandera I really like your thoughts post, I can tell you put a lot of work into it and I appreciate that. Nothing can change that, despite the outcome, this has been one of my favorite games I've played.
  20. Yeahhh I should have just shut up xD I caught the first and last ones after they happened (hard not to :P) but forgot about the second. Hey, I'm pretty proud of my 'math' from D5 Seemed believable, right? But yeah me trying to get you to double vote was definitely this :P. For what it's worth, that was my assumption before the game started, including the part about flavor-wise village Silence. Maybe I need to reread that too. But I thought that Silence was like a generally morally correct human, right? Like doing the wrong things for good reasons kind of deal. Though Devo had a point about the Elder Things not caring who they possessed.
  21. Me too tbh Disregarding my gut read against him because that probably isn't a reliable standalone reason, he kinda seems like he's actively skirting discussion. Like, I get irl stuff so I don't want anyone to take it as that but he's been inactive, and then the first time he was pressured suddenly became active again, and now isn't. And decided he sussed me for no apparent reason, claimed he was going to backread to figure out why, and then... never did. At least you provided some reasoning; Exp's felt more like an attempt to get an easy sus :P. Something like that anyway. It's sort of a LG74 Maill case I guess, I'm tunneled hard enough I'm probably just going to vote Exp until he flips. There's not much else I can think to do at this point, though the Quinn/Bip thing probably would be more helpful right now :P. Oh yeah @Experience you still with us?
  22. Hmm. I like Bip's list more than Quinn's; something about just... not scanning for alignments doesn't exactly sit right with me :P. But I also trusted Quinn more than Bip before today. Experience I'd probably vote one of them if it got close enough, but I'm content enough with this for now. There's the question of if the opportunity for a tie came up, would we want to do that? One one hand, it's almost guaranteed to hit an elim (or it would at least make logical sense for it to, unless the elims forgot about the Records Room or something) but on the other if there is an elim in Bip/Quinn getting it close to a tie is basically suicide.
