I can guess what this is, but only halfway. Makes sense. Realized that if I had split my last post in half I could have got two 200 word posts and now I'm sad Ah well, I'll post some RP in awhile but I'm catching up on school now so I'm closing the tab, Mat, you're closing the tab.

Y'know, even I don't think that should count And I'm having a real hard time reading it to answer your questions. Seeing as we are all (likely) on Earth, that shouldn't be a problem. This is false :P. See, here's the thing that has no grounds for. Would you care to explain? Your chaos is confusing, but it's also normal. The initial suspicious was based off your unwillingness to read the thread and your questionable vote on Biplet (not questionable in who the vote is on, just why it was put there) and then coupled with weird things with Szeth and Biplet's claim that you were trying to blackmail her. Your insistence of my susness isn't helping either, as it's rather hypocritical See above. You claim the chaos is not really an elim move, but it's not a village move either, leaving it as NAI, but that also leaves his weird suspicions with weird reasonings to stand on their own. That comes from that one post she made mid D1, voting Exp in a way that was opportunistic to me. That whole post felt a bit off to me but since then she's seemed fine so idk where this is going. You're right though that Bip/Ventyl makes zero sense and I wasn't expecting my N1 elim reads to be the entire team. Having a bunch of definitive reads isn't sus (hello, it's me ) and I could say the same thing (kinda already have :P) for your uber-definitive read on Archer. Because I've seen more from TJ. We mindmelded a bit early on and then I PMd him a bit last turn. It's like the same as Archer, but more of it, I didn't even get a PM with Archer :P. Actually, my main suspicion came from our active PM. The thread is what made me village read him. You ask why, his posts have felt like they come from a village mindset and I like the way he made his rainbowreadlist post, a lot. Feels very village in thread overall, especially later in the turn. What's your read on Drake? Largely gut; the Dannex one has virtually no basis and Araris is the slightest of all village reads for sticking with his vote on me and providing a reason for doing so, even if that reason wasn't something I did. Was that enough interrogation for you

I mean, PMs are closed now. Could it still work? Smh You have been forced to participate! I do. I try to, anyway, that's the point :P. Yeah I was abrasive last turn because I was annoyed at my train The bluntness I think is always there to some degree but was magnified by said annoyance. Okay, some thoughts on some miscellaneous lesser posters. Devotary's single post felt different than normal Devotary to me- including the vote on Mist-, and even her activity level and the timing was weird. But I haven't ever known elim!Devo to do that so I'd say kandra!Devo over elim!Devo, but my actual read is definitely on the Null spectrum. Need more content to decide which way that sways. Books' read list was interesting to me, particularly in the sense of who they decided to post a read on. That felt kind of... random to me. Or oddly selective. Then their read on Drake was based off the first line of his first post iirc, which doesn't seem like a fair read to me, but maybe Books hadn't read that much of the thread yet. I remember Archer's early posts having a village feel to me, but then he dropped off the face of the earth. @Archer, you around? As far as Szeth's read is, I agree in base terms but Szeth was very quick about declaring Archer as solid village. Jondesu deserves to be a null read for me, but I want to get a better one. @Jondesu, any thoughts? @Azmine_king and @The Unknown Order are both still inactive. Join us! A grouping of colors of the whole player list, in rough order. I like this rainbow thing, can you tell? Would like to hear more from all my nulls. Mat, TJ, Drake, Archer, Dannex, manukos, Araris, Lotus, Mist, Ash, TUO, Azmine, Jondesu, Devo, Books, Biplet, Ventyl, Szeth RP to come. Much of it

Benefitted you how? Benefitted the village? And tell me how a lot of roleclaims is a good thing? Do we get to know what this means?

...I really wish Exp hadn't been a Tineye. I rather liked my PMs Even so I appreciate those who were willing to take the shot in the dark over me :P. And who knows, maybe the game will be more active in the thread now. The double soothes are interesting. I guess it could be a riot to a no-vote, assuming rioting works that way.

-_-. Dude the whole point of acting villagery as elim is so that it's not heckin obvious when I roll elim. My elim playstyle looks like my village one smh. Why am I the leading train? Seriously though Meaningless retaliation poke (@manukos) Araris stab vote Because I'm acting similar to how I did in an elim game when the whole point of this game is to act village as elim. If I'm being voted off, I want an actual reason please. Haven't seen that yet. Experience

Hmm I don't like this vote. Opportunistic, if I'm using the term right. Actually that whole post reads off to me. Hmm. Shortened the quote to save space, but congrats on graduating to my village reads! :P. See I want to vote Biplet and now this happens. Like, I literally said the same thing as her and Ventyl did nothing, I don't get it. The other thing that's keeping me from changing it is the weirdness with Szeth. I don't like the outside references. Which brings me to: @Szeth_Pancakes, not analyzing basically just hurts the village, especially if you're doing it to not get sussed (which is an elim mindset). Earlier I was more null on Szeth but I'm leaning elim now, despite our PM. New Rainbow: Mat, TJ, Drake, Archer, manukos/Dannex, Biplet, Ventyl, Szeth Everyone else is Null. *reloads by accident* *loses whole post* *rewrites said post* *Is ninja'd by Bip* *copies post this time* *clicks reload* .....yeah I'm keeping my vote :/

Fair enough Call me biased. Really, I just wanted another 200 word post :P. Actual willingness behind my vote? Maybe earlier today. Now not so much. Drake, though I wouldn't say my read has actually changed all that much. Ventyl I think could have been more willing to read through two pages, but that's a bad vote.

You say the turn out is pretty good, but let me look at those again... Archer voting Experience- a poke on a player who has not posted. manukos voting me- a pointless retaliation for my now-retracted poke. Araris voting me- a poke in a (somewhat failed) attempt to get discussion started- no reasoning. Books voting Dannex- a poke vote (no reasoning) on someone who has posted already. Szeth voting Azmine- a poke on a player who has not posted. You voting Experience- a poke on a player who hasn't posted (with some other reasoning of course, but it's still on someone who is inactive.) Leaving my vote on you the only one that is a remnant of an actual vote, and even then I share not wanting to kill off a fellow active player such as yourself. I'm keeping my vote for now though, but will reread your posts (especially your conversation with Araris awhile back) to see if that still stands. Small note unrelated to me keeping my vote: I'm totally confbiasing this as TMI, which is a paradox because I'm reading Drake as elim anyway But I'd say e!Drake means a greater chance of v!Araris or v!Jondesu. ^That's 202 words, Striker You can check it if you want though.

I mean, the thread’s not that long and a lot of it is RP so I’m sure you could manage :P. I feel like a lot of this game is playing out in PMs.

Bit of a mindmeld here- it crossed my mind that Drake seemed more excited than LG66. I didn't have the reference of MR43 (which is... probably why I didn't say anything. Or maybe I just need to share my half-minded thoughts more :P) so this is a nice bit of info imo. Yeah this is just me assuming the kandra has the same mechanics as they had in the original run of the game, which probably isn't fair seeing as Striker didn't say what their mechanics are and he said there are secret rules. manukos Back to Drake, not sure what to think of the him-Araris interaction. I'll probably be watching those two together more closely than I would otherwise, to see if anything else comes out of it. I also don't know what to make of Drake outing the Gasper thing (which, granted, is kind of obvious anyways :P) and also outing a potential elim strategy, which okay, we've had the discussion on whether that's suspicious or not but it is not helpful to the village in any way even if it isn't directly an elim action. I saw some people do this in the MU Champs and it looked fun. Rainbow time! Mat Archer TJ Dannex Everyone who hasn't posted or has only RPd or I forgot about Araris Jondesu Drake Albeit an ugly rainbow to avoid using red :P. Archer/TJ for the mindmelds and points, Dannex for... some reason I should go check my notes again, Araris for paranoia... I don't think it's cause he voted on my but maybe my brain subconsciously went that direction :P. (yellow=null minus but it's slight) Jondesu because I always get bad vibes from Jondesu, and Drake for aforementioned things and something else. Edit: manukos is probably in between TJ and Dannex also So Drake is where I'm at I guess. Hope everyone who hasn't posted shows up soon! As Philico walked the streets, he took care in carefully examining each alleyway he passed. The narrow pathways was where the real heart of the city was, and he had learned to tell the state of a city by how neat the worst part of it was. Naturally, it would have been strange for Philico to visibly stare into each alley, so he went with a more secretive approach. Small eye hordelings in the base of his neck, looking sideways- the kind that are a virtual magnifying glass. He could see everything in basically every direction. He wasn't paying real close attention to what he found in the alleyways, but one thing made him stop suddenly. To his left, in the shadows of a building, a small boy of about eight sat on the ground. Philico suffered the largest burst of déjà vu he had ever had, or could ever remember. "Peter?" He whispered aloud, softly to himself. He remembered Fallion's Tears all too well, how he had taken upon a silly mantra and thought he could magic his way out of everything. But he had been stabbed in the back on multiple occasions and only saved himself. And one boy. A boy that looked just like the boy sitting in the alley to his left.

I mean, I can't say I'd be surprised if there was an elim Tineye... there was one in the OG run. But there's probably a village one too, if that's the case. Is there, y'know, a reason? Like one outside of Araris-go-stabby-stabby No, I used it on manukos' post to see if it met the 200 barrier :P. That and then on my RP and on the game-related section of my first post. I don't think 200 word PMs count? ~~~ Apologies if I sound out of it, I just finished rewatching Endgame and so that's the mindset I'm in atm

You're welcome! I'll change the vote once I find a place where I actually want it to be, but so far I've seen nothing warranting a real vote. All of the above. For now, it's D1, let whatever happens happen, and then we can consolidate something later. There's not much to consolidate atm.

My math gives the answer to this as six, not eleven. What are you talking about? 3 for posting, 1 for voting, 2 for PMing. That's six.

Philico hated being told what to do. Not as much as some people hated it, that is, and perhaps hate was a strong word to begin with… it was more of a bad taste in his mouth. The kind of thing that you’re able to deal with but try to avoid as much as possible. He supposed he could blame only himself for timely visiting the city during its lockdown, but all the same he detested it. Philico could probably leave if he wanted to, but in his years, he’d found it easiest to just play along. He’d never be at a real risk of dying anyway. Philico stared across the table at Faleast, sitting assuredly as always. If the timeline was right, their kandra body should only be twenty-five years old, but it was… obvious that Faleast didn’t really care about the timeline. Philico had razed Arelon with him in his early days, overseen his takeover attempt of Alethkar on Sadeas’ behalf… all things that Faleast shouldn’t have been alive for. And it was clear that today Faleast wasn’t missing any of that experience, meaning that if Philico ever crossed paths with the kandra after today (which considering their history was quite likely) it was very possible Faleast already knew about it. The thought gave Philico shivers. That was something. Not many things can give a Sleepless shivers. Best to ignore Faleast’s time-hopping shenanigans, and focus on the job ahead. From what he had heard about the last time this happened, it hadn’t been pretty. Alright! I'm super excited for this rerun. The RP was 200+, but this section might not be... I don't really want to attempt to analyze the roles because of how many there are, and the other mechanics are pretty standard iirc. So I'll leave that to someone else, and then probably comment on what they say. Idk if it's worth looking at the role distro/roles the elims had for the original run of this game, cause Striker either could have done something about the same or purposely done something completely different. I might look anyway :P. With 19 players and 1 kandra, 4 elims makes the most sense. 3 or 5 could work depending on how crazy the distro is; and maybe 5 elims is a sort of insurance policy for if the kandra body-snatches an elim. Though that's kind of an unlikely scenario to base a 27% elim ratio on so probably not. If it isn't clear my guess for the team size is 4 :P. RNG told me to vote for manukos, so consider this a welcome back! That makes this post worth like 6 boxings. The D1 of the first run of this game reached 20 pages... think we can beat that?

I guess there should be the asterisk there of I don't have the algorithms for the top layer memorized yet, but give me those and I can do the rest

But the top layer is the easiest, you don’t need algorithms, just work on it until it works

I like the way Brandon phrased that xD "Just a fun little thing I'm doing with my friend." "Who happens to have accidentally made one of the most popular games of all time." Well, I can't really say I personally am super excited, but it's cool for Brandon and for the people who are excited so that's good.

I think you underestimate the levels of PM unsafety the current meta can reach
