  1. *Brandon’s birthday (also known as Koloss Head Munching Day)
  2. I felt sad when your Mage NK was switched to Tani because of this…
  3. (Not to burst your bubble, but the elims were Araris/Sart/Mage) I’m thinking that might be what you meant though
  4. LG82: Aftermath: Party at Penrod's Lord Hadrian Penrod still stared at the men across from him, though he was much more comfortable now that his men were in the room. "Well?" he said, asking again to continue a civil discussion. Szeth spit to the side. "I can't believe the Lord of House Penrod is a Feruchemist. You disgust me." Hadrian shrugged. "I am what I am. This conflict, I think, is petty. But you silly Allomancers made it necessary. And now I have won." Mage stood. "We have won." He clarified. Suddenly, Szeth lashed out, a knife suddenly appearing in his hand- it must have come from his boot- aiming for Mage's heart. Just as quick, Mage was a blur, speeding to the other side of the room. Szeth growled. Tapping steel was certainly a combative advantage. Hadrian nodded to his men, and they surrounded Szeth and carried him away. House Penrod and its host of Feruchemist allies wouldn't have to deal with his like anymore. That left only Kiril. The man had stayed silent during all of this. Smart. Hadrian extended a hand. "House Penrod is open to accept any who are willing to come. The invitation I made before any of this began still stands. The killing can stop." Kiril, for a moment, looked defiant. But he accepted the hand and Hadrian pulled him to his feet. "I will come. All this excitement has made me hungry." Hadrian smiled, and now that he could, rolled up his sleeves to show off his bands. "I knew I liked you." Szeth_Pancakes was killed! He was an Allomancer! The game is over! The Feruchemists and the bearer of the Lord Ruler's Mark have won! Congratulations to @Ookla the Porched (Araris Valerian), @Mage, @ookla the lowercase (Sart), and @Kasimir! Game thoughts from me will likely come tomorrow, but overall I was happy with how the game turned out. Thanks to everyone for playing and staying active! I was unsure when I realized D1 that I didn't have an inactivity filter or pinch hitters, but you guys made the game work anyway, which is how I think it should be. 5. Turn's over! But is the game...?
  6. ...I can't decide if this makes me feel better about my exe, or worse. I think better. My goodness you guys xD I wish I was elim, that would have been so much fun. Still waiting to be elims with Archer :P.
  7. If it’s fine with everyone, I’ll just end the turn tomorrow at 10am like it would have been normally.
  8. Yaaaaaay. Gotta love being exed 2-1-1 by the elims only on D1 xD Upon entry to the doc I immediately guessed Danex/Archer as the team solely because I thought there was no way that a villager would seriously vote me for the reasons you two voted me :P. @The Unknown Aon, make sure to post the doc links and such. I almost protected Venture D1. He was my #2 choice. And apparently Szeth (who I protected) was the elims' #2 kill choice, so I was really close to doing something. Instead I forgot when rollover was and didn't self pres, and well, here we are. Illwei, why did you think faking a redcheck at lylo in a QF was a good idea? Lol
  9. LG82: Night Four: An Attempt The Allomancer Feruchemist conflict was a battle of the Luthadel citizens, but by the nature of the fight it was headed by those who actually could use the Metallic Arts. These people rose up, becoming both famous and infamous within days. They had discussed, stabbed, and bantered, for while they all claimed to hold Allomancy, mr lowercase had proved otherwise. After four days, it had all come to this. Lord Hadrian Penrod stared at the others seated in the room, one by one. Kiril, shifting in his chair, seemed preoccupied with something outside of the meeting yet still did his best to offer suggestions. Mage appeared nervous, but Hadrian thought that might be a side effect from surviving the battle he had been in the night before. Szeth seemed a bit confused with all the attention he was getting. And Hadrian? Well, that was for the three of them to decide. He was actually quite pleased with the attention on Szeth because that detracted from the attention on him. The group was sure that one of Hadrian or Szeth was behind Reva’s death, and the issue had proved to be divisive. Hadrian was doing his best to make sure the right person was booted from the group, but he didn’t like the recent turn of conversation. Eventually, Kiril stood. “Lord Penrod, sir, I’ve made my decision.” Szeth mirrored the movement. “As have I. Though I doubt you’re surprised by my choice.” Kiril snorted at that. Hadrian followed suit, staring them in the face. “Choose your next words carefully. You will regret this.” “Are we all standing now?” Mage asked, standing up. “Oh, I know what I think too.” Szeth took a step towards Hadrian, attempting to move the removal forward, but Hadrian raised a hand. The door opened, and six of Hadrian’s men entered, wearing the Penrod seal. His men grabbed Szeth and Kiril, only leaving Mage because he sat down of his own accord. The men forced Hadrian’s accusers into their seats and stepped back, leaving Kiril and Szeth to glare daggers at Hadrian they only wished were real. “Now,” Hadrian said, spreading his arms and joining the men in their chairs. “Can we talk this through for a little while longer?” Araris Valerian was executed, but survived! Vote Count: Szeth_Pancakes (2): Mage, Araris Valerian Araris Valerian (2): Szeth_Pancakes, Kasimir Night Four has begun, and will end in about 24 hours, on Monday, December 13th, at 2pm PST. Thanks for your patience in waiting for me to be available. Rollover will be at this time for the duration of the game, from this point on. Don't forget any actions, if you have them! PMs are closed. Player List:
  10. That does not answer my question :P.
  11. About 45 minutes left. A reminder that I probably won’t be on the close the cycle at 10am (PST) but it still will end at that time. Rollover won’t be for a few hours after that.
  12. I said two weeks before the QF lasted two days You could probably put up MR signups tomorrow (since the QF doesn’t technically end until later today at the earliest).
  13. Why did you @ me?
  14. (I had something here before I noticed TUA had edited the post to include the game not being conf over)
  15. I would have anyway, Fadran. I’m sure other people would have to. It’s no use.
  16. You told me to tell you to do your work instead of the game: Do your work instead of the game
  17. LG82: Day Four: Death of a Traitor Reva stalked through the dark streets, in a unique position. She gripped a quarterstaff in her hands, tighter than necessary, in anticipation. Reva didn't usually mind the atmosphere that Luthadel took on when the sun went down and the mists came out, but she had to admit that the incoming fight would be a lot less stressful in broad daylight. But it had to be this way. Her target, whom she had been following for a few minutes now, seemed to have no pattern in the alleys they chose to go down. Reva had planned initially to wait for her target to get where they were going before engaging (with luck, that would be a very short exchange) but she was growing impatient. It was time to do... something. Her target ducked into another side alley, and Reva sped up, preparing to jump them. She turned the corner, and barely stopped herself from leaping at two figures. Reva's target was already battling someone else, staff against staff. At least I brought the right weapon. Reva reevaluated everything she had thought would happen tonight. Do I engage? She thought, quickly. Neither figure had noticed her standing there, but that wouldn't last. In the end, her decision was based on the choice that was the most fun. Engaging definitely was more fun. Plus, she had her Gold if she needed it. Reva leveled her staff, and swung at who she thought was her target, but she honestly wasn't sure anymore. If the other figure was who she guessed it was, she didn't really care if that's who she hit. The attack landed, and the figure stumbled back. The other leapt back, noticing Reva for the first time, then rushed forward and struck at Reva's head rapidly. Rusts, she thought. They're good. Reva only could defend for so long. She had been counting on both figures fighting as a distraction, but the one she had hit earlier apparently snuck off. She gritted her teeth. She needed to play offense as well. Launching herself at the figure's feet, Reva swept them out but falling on the ground in the process. They tripped- onto Reva. She broke their fall, and they still had their staff. Desperately, she tried to tap Gold, but found she had none. Rusts. I used it all when I was attacked earlier. Her last thought was to hope that the others wouldn't be confused by the metallic bands around her arms. She was on the Allomancer's side, really. Every war had traitors, and she was this one's. The traitors don't survive for long. Mage was attacked, but survived! Tani was killed! She was an Allomancer! Szeth_Pancakes was attacked, but survived! Day Four has begun! It will last about 48 hours, ending on Sunday, December 12th, at 10am PST. I will likely not be on to close the cycle, and definitely won't get to rollover until 2-3pm, but at 10am the thread is closed and votes are final. Please don't post after that time. There will be an execution today, with a 1 vote minimum. Tied votes result in a decision by RNG. PMs are closed. Again, the writeup doesn't necessarily reflect what exactly happened. Blah blah you guys know that Player List:
  18. *Plug-in* Non-Adult Club Now I'll leave
  19. I mean, I'd also rather not be the one to break the tie :P. I like my vote, which is why I'm there. If it's still a tie (is it a tie? I don't even know the count) at 15 minutes to rollover then I'll move to the candidate I'm second-most fine with exeing. Which I don't know who that is because I don't know the count. Which is the other thing Archer is missing; it's not like I'm just gonna randomly vote to break the tie. These things shouldn't need to be said but /shrug
  20. I get what you’re saying but… also not because we have the same assumptions and ideas about the exe. You imply that I don’t think that candidates will emerge but I definitely never said that and if I’m a concerned elim, I don’t say ‘oh, by the way, I’d break a tie’. I just break the tie, right now.
  21. So you’re saying that you’d rather have a tie than an exe this cycle? All I said was that I’d rather have an exe than a tie, so if you agree with that then why are you voting me? And if you wouldn’t rather have an exe, than yay, we disagree. I’m not having the D1 exe discussion for the billionth time lol but this isn’t a reason to vote someone. I have this stance regardless of alignment and I always have.
  22. I’m gonna do my best to make sure a tie doesn’t happen, by the way. If the elims are the only ones doing the killing the game won’t go very well for us I suppose we could scan and kill all of them but that’d not only by unlikely, it’s be a lame victory.
