    I find this incredibly funny since I legitimately don’t remember you ever voting Dannnex and there’s no way for me to convince you of that. I know you did vote Dannnex, I just didn’t notice or didn’t care enough to remember. I want to reread early D1 because I clearly don’t remember it that well. Off-the-top-of-my-head takes are Archer/Szeth/Illwei vil and Lotus/TUO elim but there’s no guarantee any of that stays since I don’t really have a lot of justification for any of it. Edit: Wait, @Archer xD Dannnex died and flipped Crew so I wasn’t e/e spooked by it. Obviously. Yeah I should have lead with that.

    Oh lol Good job I guess I got distracted after my last post and didn’t see anything after it but I probably wouldn’t have switched off. Though today I’m not really interested in voting either Archer or Szeth. I appreciate the elims killing my paranoid trust. Thanks. Wonder how many Alliance voted Ash

    I definitely wouldn’t hold that as that group being concrete not-Reavers if Archer is one. The majority likely aren’t, but I would not put it past reaver!Archer to stick a teammate or two in there. And if this isn’t the most vil!Archer reaction ever idk what is .-. Why do these things always happen at half an hour to rollover and not like yesterday

    I’d do the other two, but I like Archer because we have a PM :P. And I don’t want to kill high active people D1, usually. Fair enough. But you know, I’m a human, not dice. Huh That’s be quite the lie if it is one. I said I don’t usually exe higher actives D1, but I think this time I’m willing to give it a shot. Szeth, Archer. If Archer flips Crew you’re next, though. I can’t imagine why Archer would PM you and claim Alliance but the rest of that is complex enough that I’m trusting it. Maybe that’s a mistake, guess we’ll see. Why that group as not-Reavers specifically? Illwei, your post I quoted before Szeth’s looks kinda TMI; why’d you suggest the order you did? Edit: Szeth’s edit does make me nervous though… it’s setting up a failure to backlash less at Szeth. But I guess there’s no definitive way for Szeth to know Archer’s alignment unless they’re both Reavers, and I’d say that’s definitely not the case lol

    Can you explain this more? I don’t think the Alliance will team up with each other either, but I think that’s cause they don’t know who their teammates are. If I were to guess I’d assume you’re talking about the Reavers teaming with the the Alliance, but your first sentence isn’t phrased that way.

    You’ve misread me via gut enough times that I think it’s weird you’re trusting it again. Does anyone know the vote count? The difference is that I didn’t read Lotus’ vote as like an actual vote based on an actual suspicion. It was a D1 poke, like my Dannnex vote.

    Szeth I use and :P. obsessively regardless of absolutely anything. I literally have that as its own line in my About Me. This is straight up a horrible reason and vote and I’m not even gonna sugarcoat that. Cite one instance where I ‘covered attacks’ with in a way that is clearly different from any other game; I’ll wait. This is a retaliation vote, but it’s also because I just came off a game where I correctly and immediately guessed the elim team based on their bad reasoning for voting me.

    In my non biased opinion, dice is a good idea for the future. Devo’s probably right, I had forgotten the Crew percentage was so low. Have also decided I read that TUO post as village.

    Does 4-3-4-1 seem like a reasonable distro guess? I know one of the tags was ‘not a faction game’, but (That’s Crew/Reavers/Alliance/Operative) Maybe 4-4-3-1, but I think that’s less likely. I could see 5-3-3–1 as well… hmm that might be my favorite guess. Lots and roles and fun good things in this game, I’ll reread all those and probably post thoughts about all that later. Let’s not have the elims unanimously exe me D1 again, hmm? Dannnex, you’ve been on an elim streak lately. Those tend to stick around. And I wanted an excuse to type the three n’s. Ninja’d by Archer… hmm. It seems he initially had different distro thoughts than I did. His are probably more credible. Walin is returning, afaik

    Overall I really liked this book. I think it’s about tied with the novellas and Starsight for me (yes, you read that right. I happen to like Starsight as much as the rest of the series ) But Skyward is far and away the best. The only thing I could critique was the first 3-4 chapters felt weird to me. It was the kind of weird when recalling a particularly strange dream… like it was just poof in a jungle -> attacked by bird aliens -> Alien with melting face -> Mustachioed Gentlemen riding dinosaur and it just was off to me. And it did all make sense in the context of the Nowhere, especially looking back on it, but it was a learning curve. But the Path of Elders and all the lore about Cytonics and Delvers was amazing even from the perspective of someone who hasn’t read Defending Elysium.
