Chrysler was totally here for all of the action. She draws a rune and a wave of arrows vaporizes, giving her an opportunity to dart closer to the door -

Alex ran up to the gate, out of breath. "Did you *gasp* see *gasp* my brother?"

After a few moments, the barkeeper walks into a backroom.

"Duly noted. The prosecution will have to present evidence to argue that the defendant's treatment was somehow not unfounded. While I doubt this will acquit your client completely, Ms Delacroix, it will likely result in a much lighter sentence if you are successful. The prosecution may continue to argue for the defendant's guilt as well, but the focus of this trial has moved to his legal rights after arrest." Jay smiled. He hoped her happiness could last. Perhaps he'd ask her when she woke up how she got out of the Queen's fortress. @I Am A Fish @The Ward's Guard

Alex shook himself from the stupor he'd been in. He cursed. Just because he hadn't gotten more than 7 hours of sleep in as many days didn't mean he couldn't keep up with these teenagers. Despite his assurances they didn't have anything to worry about, he was worried they'd get into trouble. He ran in the direction Evan had gone in. The others could hopefully keep themselves out of trouble.

Jay watches all the goings on with a smile. He notices Sparrow talking to someone, but he doesn't make the connection between Vespyr and Siren. Did someone save Janice? He'll have to ask her... later, once she's healed. She's been through too much for such a young girl. The jury discusses the evidences for a bit, noting things down and talking quietly. Lord Derival watches until it dies down. "Would Lady Delacroix like to present any evidence or cross-examine the witness?"

Chrysler walked out of the trees towards the Core. "Ok, I think I might be able to weaken the shield. I was looking at it from the other side. I can't get us through by myself, but maybe if we throw some firepower at it while it's weakened..." she trails off, seeing Enter's thingamabob. "Or that will work."

"Vaccines isn't a bad idea. But do you actually know how to make one? I bet we could figure out photography, though..." he muses for a moment. "Regardless, anything like that will need money, so let's go get some."
