  1. I would like a vote, and if there is agreement, I would like to raid at 2 Mountain Time on Thursday, September 24, 2020.
  2. Well, that's all right. I broadened your horizons today!
  3. That made total sense. So it could decide which speed it wanted to go.
  4. I would like to bring a grievous matter to the attention of the collective Grammar Police. The topic "The Idiots Club" has spies within our topic and is trying to take over! To rectify this commonly overlooked problem, I suggest a raid on their thread coupled with attempts to ignore their terrible spelling. Alternatively, we could try to correct every post they make, but I don't believe that is plausible or even possible.
  5. Instead of being an annoyingly slow website, the website
  6. No, it was a reference to an old saying. You know, average Joe or average Jane?
  7. Just try not to make mistakes in the future and you'll be fine.
  8. The CoITHDTTWSFFaN, as they were commonly known, loved free fame and notoriety.
  9. There you go, it just took longer to type than I thought it would.
  10. Today three things happened in seminary. We were talking about names and one of my classmate's first name and last name mean hill, so the teacher said, "Maybe we should call you Hill squared!" but then he thought more and said, "If you add 2 hills together, do you get a mountain?" and I said, "Not if you're in Kansas!" then someone else said "That's because they don't have 2 hills!" and everyone laughed. If you couldn't tell, in my seminary class, we all love our mountains and don't think anything compares to them. This was still while we were talking about names. The teacher wanted us to say what we would name our son if we had a son, and what we would name our daughter if we had a daughter. I've thought about this, and I'm pretty sure I know what I would name all of my eight kids, so when it was my turn, I said, "Well, I don't know that I have a favorite of any of these names, but I have both a boy and girl name for each of my eight planned kids. The boy names aren't the best, but I really like the girl names." So the teacher asked me two that I like, and I told him Aria and Timbre(did I mention that they're all musical terms?), but he was curious and asked me to say all of my names. I listed them in front of the entire class, I was so embarrassed! Anyway, after I finished there was stunned silence, and then the teacher(who's like 50 or 60) said, "I've NEVER had that happen in any class I've ever taught or taken. WOW! That's impressive, [censored]!" Then we got on with the rest of class. Before class, Hill squared(I'll just call her that for now) asked me about the impressive number of books that I was carrying around. This was 5th period(we have 8 periods, each 45 minutes, and lunch comes between 4th and 5th period), I had been carrying 5 books, and I had already finished 4 of them since that morning. She asked me why I carry around so many books, then I told her that usually I carry more, because I read really fast and needed to carry around so many books. She asked me if I thought I was going to finish those all today, and I told her that I had already finished 4 of the 5 good-sized books on my desk, and I was going to be bored by the end of the day. She looked at me, dumbfounded, and asked "Wait, you started those in 1st period, and now you're done with 4 of them? Like are you reading them all at the same time?" I said no, cue confused questions from everyone else in the class. I blushed, and mumbled "I just have a really high reading speed." They asked me what it was, and I told them(embarrassed, and vowing to carry all of my books in my already-full backpack), "It's over 2000 words per minute." Cue amazed noises and more confused questions until they all understood and were suitably wowed. I don't usually like to brag, which is why I was so shy then. Yeah, my seminary class was pretty spot-lighted on me today, and I don't know how to feel about it. Also, from now on, everyone in my seminary class will not look at me the same. It's weird and I miss when they thought I was just an 'average' Jane. Pardon my run-on sentences, I'm too tired to fix them
  11. There you go, Experience has provided you with a hole through the space-time continuum.
  12. "Oh, hello! Are you a Radiant, too? This nice woman was just about to let me in, because I'm a Radiant! Do you mind if I give you a hug?"
  13. I can't believe I'm older than you. What? *clap clap* Yay, a post of yours that I won't ignore! I will neither confirm nor deny that statement.
  14. Yeah, I think so. That would make sense! I've got a funny story to tell that's also partially a confession. Come over to You Won't Believe What Just Happened to hear the story! Or just ask me here, that works.
  15. Just a reminder for anyone who forgot since the last time I told you *cough, idiots, cough, I don't actually mean that, cough*, I ignore posts that have purposefully incorrect grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling.
  16. "Wait, you're a Yevon? Wha-Why aren't you like them?" She inclines her head in the direction the Yevon were just a little bit ago, then realizes that they're gone and holds up her hand. "Hold that thought! I've got some Yevon to chase." Cadenza sighs, then gets to her feet and slides down the hall, following the Yevon.
  17. Herial moves to interject, but is interrupted. Herial looks at Queen, a smile on her face. "Of course. I'm sorry, I didn't feel like I knew enough about your skill to let you help them, but I see now that you know your own limits and I should never have enforced my own on you. I'd love it if you would be willing to help me, especially if you know something I don't, and maybe you can learn something? Also, one thing you should know. From my perspective, I have trained and studied hard to get the knowledge I use to heal the wounded. Just because Herate can use my knowledge with a stamp doesn't mean that I didn't have to work hard for that knowledge in my memory." Herial turns back to the discussion with a smile and a finger raised, then her smile disappears as she is interrupted again, and again. She places her hands on her hips until she finally interrupts. "Yes, I agree. We're coming with you, especially in your fragile state. Herate would agree with me, and Haiire would love to fight. Now, please come down." Hiiri nodded enthusiastically.
  18. I didn't make this, got it off of Google and didn't think to source it at the time, can't find it anymore.
  19. "Ohmygosh, is this Radiant Academy? Do you live here, because I love it here, it's so pretty! Oh, I'm Crescendo and I think I should be here because I think I'm a Radiant and someone told me to come here because I was a Radiant." She finishes and looks at the woman who opened the door.
  20. Herate pushes Hiiri back and stamps herself, then Herial runs over to Nath. "Wait!" she says. "Nath, I need to know, does anything hurt too badly? I promise, once I'm sure you haven't gained any wounds you can talk to Fadran and Queen."
