"I don't know, I'm confused too! And then there was this knight and he gave me a sword and apparently we're in a prophecy or something, but I told Ellis it wasn't us because why would I be in a prophecy!"

"No, it's true! He was wearing a green suit and said his name was Mairelon or something!" Very discreet reference to a book I would bet none of you have read.

He snarled. "Fine, then." The cheetah emerged, forcing its form upon his body. Concerto jerked, getting out from underneath Kade, and ran for the gate. This settlement was a barely corked barrel of blasting powder ready to explode, and he wanted to be out of there when it did. He winced as his shoulder ached, but kept running.

"We're just here because this magician got us kicked out of my garden, so he made a portal and we came here. I have no idea what's going on!" Melody said, tears welling in her eyes.

"Where did that guy go? We can't exactly follow him if we don't know where he is."

Melody nodded. "Lots, but I can figure out some of them. Who are you? Where's Ellis? What happened?"

This bullet hit Concerto in the shoulder, inhibiting his left arm's movement. He growled. "Let's take this outside, please."

Well, that's fine. I won't be active at times as well, although those are rather unpredictable. My schedule is whack. -
Sure, why not? Melody blinked awake, extraordinarily confused. She looked around and saw two people: a big man standing by the door and a littler one drawing in front of her. Next, she noticed that she couldn't move. "Um... hi, I'm Melody." She smiled.

Concerto ducked away and the bullet grazed his arm. He hissed and covered it with a hand, fighting to keep from transforming.

"Yeah, that'd be great!" calls Andante.
