    Aliénor Lumen Baudelaire, Princess of Jolie and Betrothed to the king of Mendahar, sidled along the wall of the ballroom in her lavish gown. She'd only just come in, and her instincts had immediately kicked in: she ducked her head, looked insignificant, and got out of the way. She was still doing the same thing, trying to get a hold on some of the people in the room before taking it on. It was incredible how people would ignore anything with enough bowing and scraping. Her gown was ridiculously ornate, and yet everyone had passed her by with merely a glance. The maid had insisted on this one, and honestly? Aliénor agreed.

    Concerto called over his shoulder. "Good, you can stand watch!" He walked down the middle hallway and turned another corner, disappearing from the others' view. He sighed silently and stepped past his curtain - no doors in a cave - into his room. Much better.

    "Yeah, she taught me and now I can do this!" Andante tossed her aged book away.

    "Well, I've got my own room. Figure it out amongst yourselves - and no leaving now that you know where I keep everything."

    Concerto led the way through a smaller cave and into a large main cave. There were various natural hallways leading from this cave. "All right - who's rooming with whom?"

    "Good. Now, it's time to get everyone settled." Concerto raised his voice. "Follow me if you want a room."

    "I knew what it was in my world. This one doesn't seem so different, just with more advanced tech. Listen. You seem reasonable. Stick around, you might learn something."

    Concerto grinned. She had more fire than he'd thought. "It's not kidnapping if you walked in here yourself. You trespassed! What was I supposed to do?" He stuck his bottom lip out in an innocent pout.
