    Well... you probably could overfill a metalmind somehow, but, uh, have you seen Nightblood? He's constantly leaking the excess investiture whenever he's not sealed in aluminum. The way I see it, there is a certain limit to the investiture-mass ratio, beyond which the "pressure" inside the object exceeds whatever force keeps the investiture inside the object. That results in the investiture leaking out of the object, like stormlight out of normal gemstones or black smoke out of Nightblood. Perfect gemstones are different for some reason, maybe because they have a stronger force keeping the stormlight inside of them, allowing to hold more stormlight. Regardless, if you somehow managed to shove extra investiture into a metalmind, the most likely outcome would be all the excess investiture leaking out of the metalmind.

    Navani couldn't create voidlight with humming. The fused could, but they just get it from Odium. Navani converted voidlight into anti-voidlight by humming, she didn't make new voidlight.

    I might be wrong, but I don't think Navani got stormlight by humming Honor's tone. The fused can get voidlight via a rhythm, but I think they can do that because Odium gives it to them. The rhythm is just a way to get his attention. If you're referring to Navani making towerlight, that is not because of a rhythm but because of her bond with the sibling.

    Yeah, fullborn are pretty OP. A shardblade to the spine by surprise could kill one, as could decapitation, but both of those would be really difficult against someone who can move faster than the eye can see and hit with the force of a tank. I think the easiest method, which has been suggested before, would be to have a soulcaster in the cognitive realm soulcast the fullborn to smoke. Unless the fullborn constantly taps all of their metalminds, that should be doable.
