    Moni glared at him. "Maybe you can help if you tell us what you're doing before doing it. Unlike last time." "Well, about the same as it's always worked. Lot of randomness sometimes, not so much at other times. Watch out for the Witherlord if you dislike trauma, and don't kill anyone around Moni."

    "Oh. I see." Moni scratched her head. "I don't know if I can help with that, but I can try. It's because of the damage from the Witherlord's attack, right?"

    "Oh. My bad. Must have mistaken you for someone else. Anyways, welcome to TLT. You familiar with what's going on at the moment?"

    "Let's see. I'm a bit rusty on history." Nameless thought back through the pages. "Are you Star's son?" Moni shook her head, dispelling the question. "Why are you feeling sad?"

    "Alright. So I shouldn't have to worry about a slightly crazy piece of a Narrator trying to kill me." Moni blinked. "Wait. You don't have visual signs of emotion. I know you're feeling sad. I can feel your emotions. Could I always do that?" Nameless appeared to give greeting. "Hello, new Narrator. It's good to see you. Welcome to TLT."

    "Not necessarily. Usually, especially in TLT, but under some pretty rare circumstances, it can happen. Especially in circumstances like split personality kinda things, which this sorta kinda almost is."

    Unintelligible gulped slightly. "Before you kill me, could you answer one question?"

    Unintelligible sighed sadly, then saw Everyone and started ducked behind a meteor. The puppy barked happily, and Thaidakar's pain and fear slowly faded.
