  1. Shipping wars? Storms yes! Edit: Sorry dude, I'm withdrawing
  2. That's more than some us get Oh well, welcome to the Shard!
  3. Relatable
  4. People have definitely noted some connections, someone asked Brando if the Girl Who Looked Up was Shashara Hmm.... a girl with a red scarf, wondering what's beyond a wall.... could it be? Mikasa Ackerman from Attack on Titan???
  5. is it the Shattered Plains?
  6. Get a haircut Update: got a quarantine haircut from my roomie, I regret nothing, my scalp has never felt more free and I look like a street thug
  7. What's the craziest thing that you've done accidentally?
  8. On Sel, there's Shai; on Roshar, there's my boy Kaladin; I grew attached to Dusk from First of the Sun I like Scadrial too, Preservation's my favourite Shard
  9. The three major Shardworlds are: Scadrial (Final Empire, Wax & Wayne, era 3 which is currently slated to be a crime thriller, era 4 aka space era) Roshar (the 10 Stormlight Archive books) and Sel (a trilogy: Elantris and its eventual sequels)
  10. The Head Admins- Oh, that we don't know the answer to or at least have it confirmed. But judging by the short story, The Traveler and Hoid's letter in the epigraphs, it seems that the Yolish dragon, Frost may be the founder/leader of the 17th Shard. Here's a link to the short story: https://www.17thshard.com/news/brandon-news/the-traveler-r393/
  11. It's here: It's situated right above the Cosmere forums Here's a link: https://www.17thshard.com/forum/forum/90-arcanum-the-brandon-sanderson-archive/ You can use the search function to search for specific WoBs with a keyword or multiple keywords (just use a '+' between them, like Nightblood+Stormfather) or use the tags. The former works better.
  12. 21... oh no.... Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!
  13. They both come across as having similar mindsets about exploiting the planet they're on. I don't think they're the same group.
  14. Maybe it's Autonomy, pulling the wool over everyone's eyes
  15. The Rhythms are confirmed to be a Cosmere-wide phenomenon So it is Realmatic, most likely from the Spiritual Realm since it seems to be Cosmere wide and the Spiritual Realm doesn't give two cremlings worth about physical distance
  16. Yup, the God Beyond could even turn out to be an entity or a Shard's subtle machinations
  17. Not necessarily. People within the Cosmere believe it's a higher power that isn't a Shard and above it. Brandon says he'll never answer whether a capital G-God exists within the Cosmere or the afterlife the Beyond, not whether the God Beyond actually exists. Besides if this were from the God Beyond, that would be a pretty definitive answer, wouldn't it? The light and warmth is probably from a Shard, we don't know which one. Cultivation (on Roshar)? Autonomy (light)? Harmony (warmth)?
  18. Welp, never mind that question then, I thought you had read WoT
  19. I think Autonomy does not limit herself to one part of the spectrum. She definitely uses visible light since that's the part that plants (assuming including Dayside ones, in particular the microscopic ones on constituting White Sand) need, UV seems to be integral to Darkside, infrared probably as well since that's the light that can travel the furthest which might be of importance in the space age. Endowment's Investiture is Breath, Khriss refers to it as such, it fits her Intent.
  20. The prev was nice but I just liked this one better. Plus, it's a fanart from my favourite fanfic community
  21. Which one would you choose to experience?
  22. 7) I want to see a Shard going biblical. And their own Splinters opposing them. I'd prefer it if neither side were in the wrong and this became a part of the Shardworld's theology and socio-politics, giving us some delicious drama 8) A Nightwatcher chase scene. Imagine Nightwatcher with her many limbs, hurtling through the forests, over bramble and bush, swinging by the branches, her thousand hands scuttling over the hilly, overgrown terrain
  23. I'll rephrase that: what's the most annoyingly mundane frustrating thing that is almost an everyday occurrence, thereby making it even more frustrating to experience?
