  1. Brandon said one of the Chapters in RoW was something he had looked forward to from the beginning. Does anyone know what chapter it was?
  2. Way ahead of you I've gathered every peice of information about Kaladin in this reguard
  3. Awkward avoidance is always a plus. I never thought of Syl that way but it does make some sense.
  4. Well it only accepts Arelon and Serens home nation.
  5. You really want a waiter assassin don't you? Well if that's a must have why would he meet her himself? Rather risky.
  6. Wouldn't Oblivian want one of his own assassins? Ones that would be less likely to betray him?
  7. Offence taken, I was much more concerned with Toadium
  8. Alright, session 1 Lucky eventually consented to a re-roll, mostly brought about by the other players, along with the other Human "Twin" and got Mistborn, this dude is unstoppable(or so I thought) We also have a Kandra, "Moody" So after being summed to the King the party wasted two rounds bargaining for a whole copper coin raise, one Whole copper coin. After their successful negotiation, the first thing of particular note was when they saved a Child from his abusive father and tried to determine his address by how wrinkled his shirt is, This party is the worst. They then spent about 7 turns investigating the inn trying to find coins. Lucky did the stupidest thing so far and left the party behind, immediately proving his pseudonym false and dying alone to a Koloss. Moody and Twin got into a fight with a Thug, and moody started getting agitated with how much damage he had taken, forgetting that he would live so long as he wasn't killed with fire or acid. Sometimes I worry about them. Anyway we took a break for refreshments hopefully This next one goes better. Alright here is what's from the the rest of the session, Our Kandra got buried and when he was extremely pleased to "Taste air" Now to tally the murders 1. a pickpocket in the inn, Moody hit for 44 hp, the highest of the entire game so far 2,3,4,5 prison guards at Lucky reincarnates prison for assisting in murder 1 6 a random farmer who saw them because moody needed new legs.
  9. YES PLESE! That would actually maybe get emotion from me.
  10. Please let it be so. I honestly don't care who else she killed, I feel less each time it happens and didn't have much to begin with. hopefully we can get an active murder instead of "Oh, it was me." Come on Brandon SHOW don't tell.
  11. See this is my problem it's designed to look like she's overcoming Gavilar's abuse, by forcing another entity entirely to accept her. It doesn't make sense, nor is it worthy, oh one person was horrible to me so I must be worthy of the power over the souls of everything. It makes no sense.
  12. Mine was much more simplistic 1d100 and then 1-20 was misting(I let them pick the metal I'm not that heartless) 21-40 Ferring(I know they don't exist yet but I need to pad the space out, and it makes it more interesting) Twinborn 41-55 Compounder 56-65 Mistborn 66-75 Feruchemist 76-85 M-Halfborn 86-90 F-Halfborn 91-95 Fullborn 96-99 Hero of ages 100(They of course do not know this can do.) So mine was much more possible but I thought to myself It's a 4 in 100 chance it won't happen too often Right? Unfortunately I forgot about Lucky, this man, I've know for years he has some sort of chance displacement field that made him 410% more lucky than you average person. Well, if it's possible to break the game I suppose a Fullborn will reveal everything I missed so maybe this is a good thing.
  13. I second thins motion, all in favor say Lighteye.
  14. Ok I had an opportunity to start today to my utter surprise, and I already have a story. I spent a long time designing a system that would(somewhat) randomize what powers people have, One of my players who I'll call lucky did what I thought neigh impossible, and the first character To use it got Fullborn. I'm going to have to make some big changes going forward.
  15. Rlain wants a spren, and one that wants him, if only we had an extra one of those sitting around.... And even with his other bond, we know for a fact that multiple bonds are possible. @Pathfinder The argument that Rlain can't help make towerlight is absurd, He can hear the pure tone of Honor, and the fusion only requires intent
  16. Lightning is hard. This is why I'm making my own laws of Physics.
  17. It's where the spike is placed in the receiver, although what it steals is likely determined by intent. Now on Identity, what you're trying to do is make them into Parshmen right? That would be connection not Identity, and likely have horrible repercussions.
  18. The Sibling was all but forced into the agreement. Metaphorical gun to the head. The Oaths are less binding now that Honor is dead, that means stricter regulations not less, or even the same, Higher standards must be applied.
  19. And that qualifies her for unlimited power? Being a good manager does not make you worthy of that kind of power. In worthyness the Sibling is Judge Jury and Executioner, if It determines you aren't worthy then you aren't. That kind of power needs checks, we saw how Ishar used that power and he wasn't even trying to do harm, imagine if Taravangian had the Honorblade? How easy manipulation could be? It's terrifing and anyone unworthy should be kept from it.
  20. You know what would really make Vyre amazing? If he killed more people all the good stormlight characters have 4-5 figure kill counts, That's Vyres problem.
  21. @Ookla the Channelknight "Well Chris were is this teleporter of yours?" Venten failed to keep the excitment from his voice, he tried to tell himself he was only concerned for Miera, but he knew that wasn't the case, he wanted to see the teleporter.
  22. All of world history disagrees with you.
  23. It's not cannon, but it's really similar and it shows how Brandon thought about the world, so I think we can use it as a guide.
  24. I reasoned it out because any shorter amount of distance doesn't allow for Adolin and the archers to stop and stare. If it was shorter they wouldn't have noticed. Dalinar did it before swearing oaths, the others just never use Shard plate to its full potential, it literally says that other people THOUGHT they knew plate but Dalinar was out of their league, seems to imply he's done similar things. This is further supported by WoK prime where it says multiple times that most people know how to duel not fight. I took it that way, I've seen several WoB where he says Kelsier can kill Kal in his sleep but Kal is a true warrior.
