Hmmm Ruin didn't really have great futuresight. Atium can only look a few seconds into the future. 

It was among the laag Cosmere books I read . I loved it but if I had read it First. Yeah I probably would have gotten bored too

I would like to add I that I find both renarin and Rlain to be awesome charecters with lots of potential for individual growth and all ,esp since they are both Knight Prescients, an entirely new order or perhaps even magic system and must swear completely novel Ideals and the Ideals demand charecter growth and development and individuality as well as shown by the different versions of the oath by the windrunners. 

I loved reading the counter arguments against how they were too boxed in.

 Yeah that is an awesome possiblity. Hmm I wonder if Navani or Jasnah or perhaps Huio will wonder about how they can predict highstorms with only math and no Spren or anything to guide them . Or if they will try to understand how gavilar found it and find the stormwarden equations. 

Or perhaps Renarin and others becoming Knights Prescient will make them stop hiding in mysticism and cold forward to do thier part in the scientific revolution.

@G2F4E6E7E8 yeah I thought of anti light as analogous to anti matter. 

My understanding of all this is patchy. 

I have a very vague idea of CPT symmetry and such, but I know that antimatter is just charge inverted matter. Positive electrons , negative protons. 

I have little idea about time inversion in electrons . The closest I understood it was the ' One electron theory ' which has been debunked I think. 

Do you think stormlight , etc actually is a stream of photons or do u feel they are some sort of ' new ' elementary particles with mass ? 

It would make more sense if they were non gauge bosons I think.

I was looking forward to seeing it in vivid colours and dynamic movement and it's good but the animation style ..... it's too bright and washed out. It literally looks like comic book pages animated. 

I miss the old animation style with.... U know those  dark shadows around the eyes to show dramatic expressions and such. I miss the slowdowns too.

So my going theory is that those are spikes from off-world, and might be a reason why the rhythms are forbidden him. My supposition is that Rayse doesn't want the interference, but the shard of Odium doesn't care, and neither will Todium. 

I was thinking more around the lines of him stealing human/fused/singer intelligence , strenght, emotional fortitude , senses, etc. Normal properties , not magical ones. 

Besides how would he figure out bind points and not risk turning into a Koloss or worse. Sure he could just be reborn but not without odium or other fused noticing.
